What do you like best about Jointl?

We really enjoy how Jointl gets information through easy chats and automatically asks more questions if the answers are a bit unclear. It's as good as the old days when we'd call references ourselves, if we could get hold of them. Plus, we love that we can check as many candidates as we want with their unlimited plan. What do you dislike about Jointl?

What problems is Jointl solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jointl is a super handy, advanced, but easy-to-use tool for checking references online that saves our team a lot of time. We've cut down the time it takes to check candidates to just 24 hours, and we usually start getting feedback within the first 2-4 hours. What do you like best about Jointl?

A powerful way to check everything you need before an interview. You can add skill tests, conduct reference checks, collect job-relevant critical information, and much more. We have seen an increase in satisfaction from our job applicants and especially their references, it appears that this is because Jointl collects references through automated chats, which is awesome! What do you dislike about Jointl?

So far, I can't think of anything negative Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jointl solving and how is that benefiting you?

Really helpful for quickly checking job candidates without having to read tons of CVs. You can add a unique Jointl link to any job posting on any platform and start receiving a list of best-fit candidates within just 24 hours. It's super easy and fast to set up Flows - you select the job role you're hiring for and then review the checks it suggests at the end. You can even create your own custom Flow with steps that include only reference checking. There's one plan available, with unlimited checks as a part of Flow if your company gets approved.
