I am really impressed with how easy the implementation was. We also received great feedback from our candidates about the interview process. I also liked how we could share interviews with our clients by just sending them a simple link that required no log in or sign up. **What do you dislike about Jobma?** Candidates need to install their app if they want to complete the interview process on mobile phones. While we didnt have any candidate saying this was a deal breaker for them, it would be nice to have it optional. **What problems is Jobma solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has cut down on our screening time significantly. We used to have to spend 15-20 minutes with each candidate on the phone and then there was always the chance of a communication issue when we shared the candidate with others. We wanted to use it for a short trial run for limited positions and the pricing was just right for us. It also comes with a lot of options. We used it to set up audio interviews to hire for customer service roles and it worked great for that. We created scenarios for candidates and they recorded their responses to those scenarios. We played those recordings internally to see who we liked most. **What do you dislike about Jobma?** It requires a full commitment for a year. We would have preferred a quarterly or 6 month subscription option since our hiring was only for a few weeks. But that was not feasible. Other than that, it was pretty good. **What problems is Jobma solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using and playing back recorded audio interviews meant we could "showcase" the candidates to all of our team instead of just the person taking the interview.
