**What do you like best about Jetlink Conversational AI Platform?**

What I like most about Jetlink’s AI‑powered conversational platform is how easy it is to use and manage on a daily basis. The interface is intuitive, and we can update flows, intents, and content without needing technical support every time.

The AI does a great job of understanding user intent and providing accurate, fast answers, which has significantly reduced the workload on our support team and improved our overall customer experience. In addition, the support team is very responsive, open to feedback, and proactive in suggesting improvements, so it really feels like a long‑term solution partner rather than just a tool.

**What do you dislike about Jetlink Conversational AI Platform?**

While we are very satisfied overall, some advanced configurations for complex e-commerce scenarios still require support from the Jetlink team. Having more self-service options in the admin panel would be great. Additionally, more in-product guidance or e-commerce templates could help new team members explore the platform's extensive features even faster.

Jetlink mainly helps us solve the challenge of handling a high volume of repetitive customer requests in e‑commerce. Many questions about order status, delivery times, return conditions, and product availability are now answered instantly by the bot instead of our live agents.

This allows us to provide 24/7 support during peak seasons, reduce waiting times, and keep the quality of answers consistent across all customers. Jetlink Conversational AI Platform is easy to use and operate. We have our own agent team that supervise the chatbot interactions. Live agent panel also works perfectly.  When there is some action that needed to be done by an agent, the agent team can switch from bot to live agent smoothly.

As an energy provider company, we have to be available 24/7 and provide right services at the right time & place. We are hold responsible from each citizen's request that wasn't answer. Also it is crucial to take the right action in emergency situations. While our chatbot allows us to answer question 24/7, it is creating time for our agents to focus on more detailed or urgent situations when there is a human help needed.

The ability to continuously enhance and fine-tune the bot has allowed us to quickly adapt to changing customer needs. It performs particularly well in recognizing user intent and guiding them through test drive requests, vehicle features, and dealership locations.

Throughout the project, Jetlink acted not just as a vendor, but as a strategic partner. A special thanks to Gizem Telgeren, who supported us every step of the way. If we find the relevant intents and categories through the platform, downloading the Excel lists quickly and easily is valuable for us. At the same time, the variety of parameters for various integrations and scenarios is satisfactory. We are satisfied with customer support so far.
