
What I like most about Jetlink’s AI‑powered conversational platform is how easy it is to use and manage on a daily basis. The interface is intuitive, and we can update flows, intents, and content without needing technical support every time.
The AI does a great job of understanding user intent and providing accurate, fast answers, which has significantly reduced the workload on our support team and improved our overall customer experience. In addition, the support team is very responsive, open to feedback, and proactive in suggesting improvements, so it really feels like a long‑term solution partner rather than just a tool. While we are very satisfied overall, some advanced configurations for complex e-commerce scenarios still require support from the Jetlink team. Having more self-service options in the admin panel would be great.
