**What do you like best about Jelo?**

We were paying separately for an EHR, a POS, and a patient reminder tool. Jelo replaced all three. The pricing is straightforward, no hidden fees, no surprise add-ons.

**What do you dislike about Jelo?**

Occasionally the OCR misreads handwritten prescriptions. Staff still needs to double-check those manually, which isn't a dealbreaker but worth noting.

**What problems is Jelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Jelo, lab orders were tracked in a whiteboard and a shared Google Sheet. Now everything lives in the system, tied to the patient's chart and the original order. The "Missing Information" tag for incomplete orders prevents us from sending bad jobs to the lab.
