Jelo is an all-in-one practice management platform for independent optometry practices. It brings the exam, the optical sale, and the back office into one system, so the Rx and insurance move from the doctor to the optician without re-keying. Included in the base subscription: optometry EHR with customizable exam templates and an AI exam assistant; optical POS with frame and lens inventory; lab ordering with VisionWeb integration; patient CRM with two-way texting, reminders, and automated recall; scheduling with online booking and waitlist auto-fill; custom intake forms; billing with ICD-10 and CPT coding, eligibility checks, claims, and ERA; and an online store so any practice can sell eyewear online. Jelo is cloud-based and HIPAA-ready, with a BAA included. Pricing is one flat rate per location with unlimited doctors and staff, no setup fee, and no per-module upsells. Migration from RevolutionEHR, Eyefinity, Crystal PM, Compulink, MaximEyes, and others is free, with a typical 5 to 7 day go-live. Optional AI add-ons, including an AI receptionist and an AI biller, are priced separately.
