What I really appreciate is having everything we need—chat, file sharing, and task tracking—all in one spot. For example, last month, instead of digging through a mountain of emails, I found that crucial file right in our JANDI chat history. It helps to keep the communication relevant, concise, and easy to follow. The possibility to turn the messages into the to-do list is very helpful. **What do you dislike about JANDI?** JANDI is not fully optimized and can be very disappointing. It becomes difficult to look for certain information when there are many groups and discussions mainly when working on large projects. **What problems is JANDI solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have found that the topic-based groups foster meaningful discussions, the to-do list feature keeps track of assignments effectively. I like it because its use is easy to learn to use. From the beginning I had no training. long to know how it works. **What do you dislike about JANDI?** There is nothing I don't like because JANDI has adapted very well to the needs that were required. **What problems is JANDI solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has been a very productive collaboration tool for my work team where we can share files, communicate by video call and complete pending tasks more quickly. It's also a fantastic platform for team collaboration with features that I used the most are chatting while file sharing and task management all in one place **What do you dislike about JANDI?** It's an amazing platform but the only thing that i dislike about is that it lacks some customization options for user profiles and group settings which would be helpful for showing much better prsonas to our specific needs. **What problems is JANDI solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem that JANDI is solving is by tackling the issue of scattered team communication and collaboration head on. It increases productivity by dividing information by sectors, as well as individual chats, task creation and file sharing, making it easier to control activities, search for information and better fluidity in communication between company sectors and team members. **What do you dislike about JANDI?** I feel that configuring the platform is a bit complex, perhaps adding more languages would make this process easier, however, despite being a simple and intuitive platform, some complexities are perceived in the dashbord configuration part, something that a translation would facilitate. **What problems is JANDI solving and how is that benefiting you?** We suffered a little from the lack of communication between the different sectors and units of the company, which made it easier after the implementation and use of the platform, both in terms of internal activities in each sector and in intersectoral communication. It is completely free and easy to download, you just have to download it to the smartphone and link it to an email.
