**What do you like best about Jamf Discovery?**

Jamf Discovery helps fill the void between Jamf Pro, the Apple device management tool I utilize, and ServiceNow, our service management tool. This central view removes the need to switch between applications, thereby decreasing the possibilities of mistakes.

**What do you dislike about Jamf Discovery?**

Jamf Discovery has limitations as far as reporting options are concerned. They are not very adaptable to my requirements and thus, I have to use various compensatory measures or other applications for the detailed analysis.

**What problems is Jamf Discovery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Jamf Discovery as the main tool for managing my Apple devices. It is easy to notice outdated software, find missing devices but the lack of adequate reporting hampers its ability to perform complex analysis.
