The knowledge base to learn how to use and possible scenario is very well done and you can learn by yourself if you have sufficient skills in the argument.
We had to ask for the customer support in a few cases and this was fast and appropriate and give the solution in a fast way. The aim of "Connect" it is really to integrate with a lot of systems, and this is one of the main aspects done in a good and simple way.
It is easy to implement because there are a lot of samples, cases and preconfigured options so it is likely to be used for quality assurance of products on a regular basis on several scenarios.
