**What do you like best about IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM?**

I love the fact that I can find my contacts easy.  I like the email campaigns, I like how easy I can add notes and quick task.   Quick Task keeps me accountable on my calls and follow-ups every day.  I like how I can at a glance I can see where all my contacts came from, this helps me to focus my money in the right places.  Love to see my Pipeline right in the Dashboard.  There are so many tools within the System that other CRM's don't have. The implementation of the programs was so easy. The Customer support is always very responsive, I use it every day for my day to day work with my clients, to put notes, schedule emails, create campaigns, track my closings and info within my clients. The ease of integration with the team was very seamless and fast. There is a small learning curve yet once you get it all moves fast.

**What do you dislike about IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM?**

I would love to see more email campaigns and a texting feature.  The email campaigns should have at maybe 12 touches for the year and at least 3-5 texts where they mention the clients that we are thinking of them.  Also, it will be nice if there was a capability for video texting. That would be awesome!

**Recommendations to others considering IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM:**

Yes, every time I teach a class at my company I recommend you as the CRM of choice.  You have several great things that others don't and your CRM is easy to use, the learning curve is not that big. I took my time and I was able to learn the CRM's In's and Out's in a matter of couple days.   Also the customer service line was very helpful and patient with me, the days I was studying the CRM I called several times and they would take me step by step on what the system had to offer.  Also I do see how my clients are opening or not the emails I send to them, I like this feature because when they do I can call and engage the clients.  All and all the system is great.   I just would like to see in the future video email , dialer and text.  Other than that I love this product !! You want to take it for a test drive you deserve to see all it does and all it can do for you and your business once you use it and work with it.  Check it out. I love the campains, letters, and newsletters that are so easy to set up!  Pre-written, just need personalization and tweaks to make it work for your clients.  So many helpful features to keep all your clients and contacts organized and in touch. We use it every day, my agents love it.

Sometimes there is a learning curve just because there are so many features that can be used.

Nice features and a lot of bang for the buck. My daughter owns a small real estate brokerage and we were searching for a reasonably priced but robust CRM for the agents. This is a great CRM for small brokerages, looks good and provides all the functionality most agents will need without breaking the bank.

**What do you dislike about IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM?**

The drip emails could be better and the number of emails allowed could be more. The monthly newsletter looks pretty blah. Navigation could be easier and better, a little confusing at times.

**What problems is IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One CRM for all the agents rather than everyone using something different allows us to help the agents without learning a dozen different CRM's. Adds value to the brokerage offering for agents as it's provided free by the company.

Would like to be able to integrate with Zappier or the Zolo CRM (proprietary - Zolo probably wont allow)

I love that with IXACT's CRM, I never felt like I had to compensate for a missing field or feature by settling for a less efficient or completely irrelevant feature.

Though IXACT's CRM is highly efficient and included everything I held essential to a personal and efficient CRM, the layout of the overall site seems outdated. At times I have experienced troubles with having colleagues understand how to navigate and use the CRM due to the more outdated and bland layout. I would love to see an up to date look to IXACT's CRM.

IXACT allowed me to file my contacts accordingly and most efficiently by providing me with a wide variety of fields and options to not only choose from but also customize to my own liking. An added bonus is that IXACT's website feature has boosted my brand's name in the search engine to the first page with Google.

Very Customizable, Lots of Templates with Options allowing me to be confident my site is unique and professionally appealing, unlike other common generic templates.

Logging in is very difficult, the process to reset a password is simple enough to do it constantly. Allowing login via linked accounts would assist this. Otherwise great!

Automated Process and Content Creation on a routine basis allows me to keep a presence in the industry and direct my effort elsewhere. Ultimately saving me lots of time.

Convoluted login process for the different components of the product.....CRM is different and separate from IDX and tracking. Multiple CRM within same platform that do not always communicate

I love the User Interface; it flows and is easy to use. My biggest complaint with most CRM's is the long and low learning curve. I don't have 4 hours a day to use and try to understand a CRM. It is a tool and needs to compliment my business plan, not dominate it and distract me from everything else.

**What do you dislike about IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM?**

I customized my automated messages instead of using their pre-written scripts. As expected, this was time-consuming, but now it's done, and I'm good to go! Perhaps an easier process for customizing scripts would be an improvement.

If you are looking for a no-nonsense, ease of use, well-made CRM, Ixact is for you!

I wish there would be an option to keep only a website without a CRM - I am not using the CRM part of the system due to personal preferences

Just make sure it supplies everything that you need, the price is really good, especially for new agents, but just be sure.

Not having to post on my business page daily is a huge benefit. I just wish it works post to my personal page as well.

I enjoy using the IXACT crm system because it allows me to focus on other aspects of real estate. Receiving notices and reminders for birthdays and anniversaries are very helpful. Just set it and forget it! Well not really forget it but you know what I mean.

Don't believe anything I dislike when it comes to their CRM system it works and is effective.

Higher res email campaign images maybe a way to send from my email as opposed to IXACT email as clients mentioned finding email in junk folder

IXACT CRM is user-friendly, has modern websites, sends emails for me, provides excellent follow-up assistance for clients, and the IDX inclusion has helped me gain leads (so worth the extra add-on). This CRM allows you to add your logo to the website, change pictures, and make it your own. Why pay a seperate fee for a website and CRM when it can be bundled here for you.

You can't find a better CRM at this price!

The only thing I wish IXACT CRM would implement is more modern websites and more modern email templates. There are a few, but a broader selection would be great. I also wish I had the option to pay for the IDX add-on feature for the year instead of monthly, but that's my preference.

When I am working with a couple, I have to create two separate profiles for the husband and wife in order to see their names on my phone caller ID. This problem has been fixed in Brian Buffini's Referral Maker.
The second annoying thing is that the software keeps logging me out after about 20 minutes or so in MacOS. There should be an option that I can choose the idle interval for this thing to kick in or even completely turn this auto-logoff turned off.

**What do you like best about IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM?**

It has a simple layout and feel, I love contact coach function. I like how it sends out automated e-mails. Contact coach always keeps me in contact with my client, which really like. I also like how I can change the setting to personalize it. The social intelligence function is really great as I use to see who the person is for security reasons. Also I try put as much data as I can into the system as one day my database will be something of value for when I retire, I can sell it on to other agents who wants to buy. I like that I can upgrade it to a team, because I want to have a team in the near future. I picked Ixact contact because it compared well to Propertybase CRM, but Ixact contact was cheaper and thus offered better value. Prpoertybase is a rip off, and I might of failed as a new agent because of their costs. The support team has been pretty good too at Ixact Contact.

Biggest thing I wish they could do was host e-mails, if they could do this, it would be a total solution for me. But if there was something I didn't like about Ixact contact, maybe the purple color. I am not a fan of purple.

The iXact CRM is very user friendly. We like the ability to customize our drip campaigns. This is important since we operate a team and wanted the emails to have team messaging versus the "I" type of message that is the standard. This was important for us in our marketing strategy to best present our team to our clients. 

The drip campaigns are also easy to assign to contacts which translates into our agents using them more to achieve results.

We opted to have the website option for a custom website. Overall we like the look of the site and it is easy to manage. However, the home search functionality needs improvement. The search tool is not intuitive and is not feature rich. We are hoping to see some improvements to this feature.

This is a reliable system that offers a good set of features and is also very reasonably priced. Their customer service and support is really good - I have used both their phone tech support and their videos to resolve questions or issues and have been pleased with the results. I would recommend taking a look and doing business with them if you find their system meets your needs.

Lead tracking is always the hardest thing to keep up with. So the CRM is helping us to auto-capture leads from the website and from our Realtor.com leads that come in. This means less data entry and better tracking.

We also use the social media posting service which is feeding content to some of our pages to help drive traffic. That helps free up our time from having to either generate content ourselves or find sources and do the posting.

Ixact is easy to use and budget friendly. Great CRM for an amazing price and great value for your dollar. I have referred many people to Ixact contac because I love how professional my website looks, and how easy it is to add and edit contacts to my system. My website looks very appealing to current and potential customers, which is amazing for my business. I enjoy how user friendly the system is and can appreciate everything that the CRM offers as a whole. They have many add ons available to help with social media, adding a presence, creating and building relationships and the ability to integrate your contacts from other systems to the Ixact contact CRM.

My search tool does not work very well for my clients’ needs. There have been multiple complaints from previous clients about having difficulty accessing the search function but once a search is set up through paragon, then they do not need to utilize my website any further. It is more for an online presence and to show that I am an agent available to work in the Edmonton and surrounding area. There is nothing more I don’t like about Ixact contact.

I love that the CRM comes with a ton of out of the box content.  When starting out as an agent, there is so much to building a solid business foundation, we almost always focus on the logistics and forget about the content.  With IXACT you can forget about the content and still have hiqh quality content on your site and in your newsletters.

It would be great if the text option was available to link to your actual phone number.  Oftentimes, I've already begun texting a prospect so it's a bit of brand interruption when you have to use a differnt number.  Also, the cost of the Social Stream is a bit pricey.  There are other options that will post to your social media for considerably less.

This is a great system for new agents.  It gets your marketing going rather quickly with minimal effort so that you can focus on learning the business.

Consistent content and follow up.  It is easy to know whom to follow up with the Keep In Touch Manager.  I have seen dead leads awaken with the monthly newsletters.

Even with an actual mass SMS provider, your own number is not used and you have to subscribe to a new phone number to use for the service. I like how I can set up drip email campaigns and also receive reminders on tasks that need to get done.   I can also edit the content of the emails.   In addition, the newsletter is awesome - full of relevant content.  I can also edit the newsletter, adding my own articles if I choose to do so.  Another thing I like is that the system can remind me of customer's birthdays and anniversary dates.  And I also use the included website for my business.  It is easy to customize and looks very professional.

I don't believe there is anything I dislike about IXACT.  Someone spent a lot of time designing it who knows how Real Estate clients think.  I do wish there was a way to integrate it with social media and pick up leads in a better way.

I love the compatibility with my Mac.  Most contact management systems are Windows based. Also, they provide complete package of features including fresh website designs. The tech support is attentive and have successful in assisting me in a variety of challenges.   As an independent contractor working for a smaller brokerage, the IT help is limited.  Ixact staff has been very helpful.

I use the automated email services.
The business transaction tracking features keep me on track.
I also pay for the customize website service


Overall, 5 -6 plus years of using Ixact has helped me tremendously and I logging multiple times daily.

Some of the searching components are limited.  Specifically, searching for contacts in a specific zip code.  I find that feature cumbersome.
