# What support and professional services do Oracle reseller partners provide to help organizations identify the best fit?

I'm mapping this because the pre-sales promise and the post-sales reality often differ, and reviews hint at both. Oh good question, because the value of a reseller is often the advisory wrapped around the license, not just the license. The Oracle resellers on G2 with real review presence are the big systems integrators, Cognizant, Wipro, Tata Consultancy Services, Capgemini and Fujitsu Consulting, plus dev-focused Chetu. What they typically provide beyond reselling: a needs and fit assessment, licensing and edition guidance (which Oracle products and tiers you actually need), implementation and migration, integration with your existing stack, and ongoing managed support. To be real, "help identify the best fit" is exactly the discovery and advisory phase, so I'd ask each candidate to run a structured assessment and show you how they'd map Oracle products to your requirements before any purchase. Are you choosing between Oracle products, or already know the product and need help sizing and deploying it?
