**What do you like best about Ivy?**

The only upside of Ivy that I could find is the clipper software to take the items that you are using in a project directly from the website you find them on. 

**What do you dislike about Ivy?**

Ivy is far more trouble than it's worth. The accounting is a mess, the customer service takes days to respond to a request for help, and the interface is not user friendly at all. 

**Recommendations to others considering Ivy:**

If you are intending on using Ivy for your only software for your design business, I would reconsider. The software is not set up to handle more than like 2 or 3 projects at a time, and the accounting is a nightmare to work with. 

**What problems is Ivy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were intending to use Ivy as our project management and billing software for our design business, but it did not fulfill these jobs.
