"Reliable Endpoint Management for Enterprise IT Operations"

4/5

What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

\> In my previous role, Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management gave us centralized visibility and control over managed devices across our environment. From an administrative perspective, I appreciated being able to monitor endpoint health, track device inventory, verify compliance, and perform remote management tasks from a single console. It reduced the time spent switching between different tools and made it easier to support users, maintain endpoint standards, and respond quickly to issues. The reporting and device insights also helped us make better operational decisions and keep our endpoint environment well organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

\> One area that could be improved is the flexibility of reporting and dashboard customization. While the platform provides useful endpoint data, creating reports tailored to different operational needs can take additional effort. The interface also has a learning curve for new administrators because of the number of available policies and management options. Once familiar with the platform, it works well, but simplifying navigation and offering more intuitive report customization would make the overall experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

\> In my previous role, Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management helped us centralize endpoint administration and reduce the effort required to manage devices across the organization. It gave us better visibility into device inventory, compliance status, software deployment, and endpoint health, allowing us to identify issues before they affected end users. From an administrative perspective, it streamlined routine management tasks, improved consistency through centralized policies, and enabled faster remote support. This resulted in reduced manual effort, quicker issue resolution, and a more secure and well-managed endpoint environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ivanti Neurons: Massive ROI, Fast Performance, and Seamless Cross-Platform Management"

5/5

What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

From pricing to deployment, Ivanti Neurons has given us a massive return on investment. The quote-based cost was easy to justify because of the sheer amount of manual hours it saves us. The onboarding process was painless because their customer support team was incredibly responsive and helped us get our initial configurations dialed in quickly. Performance-wise, the software is fast, stable, and the lightweight agent runs flawlessly without slowing down our end-users' laptops. The AI intelligence is the real deal, proactively fixing bugs and patching vulnerabilities in the background, while the native integrations with Microsoft Intune mean we didn't have to build custom APIs. Navigating the UI feels completely natural, and managing all our Macs, Windows machines, and mobile devices from one intuitive screen has completely transformed our daily operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

The downsides are pretty minimal, but I do find myself wishing the custom reporting dashboard had just a few more options for granular visual customization. The out-of-the-box reports are already fantastic and give leadership exactly what they need to see regarding compliance and device health, but as someone who loves tweaking widgets and colors to match our exact corporate branding, I'd love to see a bit more flexibility there. Otherwise, it's hard to find a genuine flaw that impacts my day-to-day workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main business problem we needed to solve was falling behind on security patches. Manually tracking which remote laptops were out of date was becoming a full-time job. Ivanti Neurons totally automated our patch management process, which is a lifesaver. The benefit to the business is a much stronger security posture, and the benefit to me is a lot less stress during compliance audits. It automatically detects missing patches and deploys them in the background without forcing users offline in the middle of their workday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Self-Healing Bots That Cut Helpdesk Tickets and Save Hours Weekly"

5/5

What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

The automated self-healing bots have significantly reduced our helpdesk ticket volume, especially for routine issues like cleaning up disk space on my endpoint, uninstalling unwanted software, checking antivirus compliance, and updating endpoint drivers. This has most likely saved my team several hours each week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

We often experience slight delays when syncing device statuses or pushing out bulk updates, which slows down our incident response times. But overall my experience is good and really recommended to use the tool in an organization for managing assets Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Ivanti Neurons, keeping an accurate inventory of our distributed hardware assets was a manual, spreadsheet-heavy nightmare. We struggled to track device lifecycles and who had which machine. Now, we have a unified, real-time view of all our endpoints; Windows, Mac, and mobile. This complete visibility into our asset management has drastically reduced the time we spend on compliance audits and hardware refresh planning, saving our team several hours each month. "Great tool for cross-platform endpoint discovery and automated patch management"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

The visibility across all company devices is really top notch. Being able to run real-time queries across endpoints regardless of whether they are on or off the corporate network saves us a ton of time. The automated patching capabilities are solid and helped us close vulnerability gaps way faster than our old setup did. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

Initial setup and agent deployment can be a bit tricky to get right, especially if you have complex network boundaries or legacy devices. The management console takes some time to get used to because there are so many features buried in sub menus. Also, initial sync times for inventory data can sometimes be a bit sluggish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us centralize endpoint discovery, OS deployment, and third party patch management into one place. Before using it, tracking down remote devices for critical updates was a nightmare. Now we have full asset visibility and can push emergency patches automatically without needing users to log into VPN. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Integrated, Automated, and Scalable Endpoint Management"

5/5

What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

What I like most about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management is how easy it is to manage all devices from a single place. The dashboard is clear and easy to navigate, the automation features save a lot of time, and the real-time reporting helps you stay ahead of potential issues. Integration with other IT tools also feels seamless, so you can tie together patching, security, and asset management without extra hassle. Overall, it’s reliable and keeps everything organized, which makes endpoint management much simpler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

One thing I dislike about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management is that the interface can feel overwhelming at times, especially when I’m trying to set up integrations or customize policies across different device types. The initial setup is also somewhat complex, and it can take a while to get everything configured and running smoothly. From time to time, syncing device status or pushing updates isn’t as fast or as reliable as I’d like, which makes troubleshooting more difficult than it needs to be. I also wish the reporting and dashboard customization were more intuitive, because it often takes extra effort to pull out the exact insights I’m looking for. Overall, while the platform is clearly powerful, I’d like to see improvements to the user experience and more streamlined integration workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management takes a lot of the headache out of managing different device types—Windows, Mac, and mobile—from a single dashboard. It automates patching, compliance, and security policies, so you’re not constantly chasing updates or worrying about overlooked vulnerabilities. I also like that it integrates with other IT tools, making it easier to connect asset management, security, and reporting without extra hassle, which helps streamline day-to-day workflows.

Pricing feels competitive for what you get, and the modular approach means you can pay only for the features you actually need, which helps keep costs under control. The onboarding and support experience has been solid as well: Ivanti offers clear documentation and responsive help, so getting started doesn’t feel overwhelming. Their team also assists with initial setup and troubleshooting, which makes it easier to get up and running quickly.

Overall, Ivanti Neurons reduces manual work, improves security, and provides peace of mind that endpoints are being managed efficiently—at a reasonable price and backed by good support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Endpoint Management Made Easy with Ivanti Neurons"

4/5

What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

I probably use Ivanti Neurons most often when I’m preparing software rollouts. Being able to review device status both before and after a deployment has made the whole process easier to track and manage. "Ivanti Neurons for UEM Review: Capabilities, Trade-offs, and Business Impact"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

The most significant upside is managing all your endpoints from one console. Instead of juggling separate tools for Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, and even IoT devices, you get complete visibility and control in one place. It gives you a single source of truth for your entire IT estate, reducing the manual overhead and making it easier to monitor and secure everything.

AI-Powered Automation and Self-Healing

The platform's AI-driven insights are incredibly helpful for proactive management. The system can automatically detect and remediate common issues, creating a self-healing environment. This approach helps resolve problems before users are even impacted, significantly reducing downtime and the manual effort required for routine tasks like patching and software deployment.

Strong Patch Management and Cross-Platform Support

Patching is a standout feature for many users. The risk-based patch management approach prioritizes the most critical vulnerabilities, ensuring the biggest security gaps are closed first. The platform also shines in its ability to support diverse endpoint environments, whether you are managing the full lifecycle of a Windows laptop or an iOS mobile device.

Useful Natural Language Querying

A feature worth mentioning is the ability to query all devices using natural language processing. IT teams can get real-time operational awareness and security configurations across the enterprise in seconds simply by asking a question. It is a powerful capability that speeds up troubleshooting and inventory management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

Complex and Time-Consuming Setup Process

The initial setup and configuration is a common pain point. This is especially true if your environment has strict security policies, as you may need to open specific ports for the software to work. While the platform is powerful once configured, getting it there requires significant effort and, for many, help from Ivanti representatives. The deployment model is simple for basic management, but fully utilizing its capabilities involves a steep learning curve.

The User Interface and Reporting Are Frustrating

The administrative interface is often described as complicated and not very easy to use. It takes a noticeable amount of time to train new staff because the interface is not intuitive. Some users find it feels dated in places, with advanced features not always being straightforward to navigate to. This feeling extends to reporting and dashboards, which users have described as annoying, not very user-friendly, and often requiring workarounds to get what you need.

Slowness and Quality of New Releases

Performance can be inconsistent. Some users report that the system sometimes loads slowly, and there are instances where it can create duplicate tickets. There are also broader service degradations that affect customers. More concerning is the perception that new versions are released with numerous basic issues and occasionally go in the wrong direction. Some users feel that the testing procedures are flawed, leading to updates that introduce more problems than they solve.

Room for Improvement in Key Modules and Integration

Some users feel that specific modules, like the MDM, asset management, and software spend management features, could be improved. Additionally, you might find that while the platform is flexible, integration between it and advanced features like Neurons is not always completely in sync, which can take ongoing work to resolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Visibility Problem: Discovering the Unknown

The most fundamental problem it solves is the lack of visibility. You simply cannot protect what you do not know about. Before using this platform, we had blind spots, which is a major security risk. The platform provides complete visibility across all endpoints in real-time, including mobile, desktop, and IoT devices. This gives us a single source of truth for all connected devices, which is a massive improvement over our previous fragmented view.

The Complexity Problem: Managing a Diverse Fleet

Another major challenge was managing the sheer diversity of our devices. We have a mix of iOS, Android, Windows, Mac, ChromeOS, and even some specialized devices. Before Ivanti, we had to juggle multiple, disconnected tools, which was incredibly inefficient and error-prone. This platform provides a centralized, single pane of glass to manage, configure, and secure every one of these endpoints across their entire lifecycle, from onboarding to retirement. This simplifies everything from provisioning new devices to enforcing compliance policies.

The Productivity Problem: Fighting Fires, Not Strategizing

The biggest day-to-day benefit comes from how the platform changes how our team works. Instead of constantly chasing down issues and manually applying patches, the AI-powered automation handles much of the heavy lifting. The AI can proactively diagnose and remediate common endpoint issues automatically, creating a self-healing environment. This means we resolve problems before they interrupt users, which significantly reduces downtime and the number of routine support tickets. We are spending less time fighting fires and more time on strategic projects.

The risk-based patch management is a game-changer. Instead of treating all patches the same, it prioritizes the most critical vulnerabilities first. This improves our security posture without overwhelming our admins. The ability to query our entire device estate using natural language processing is a powerful, time-saving feature for getting immediate operational awareness.

The Benefit

Ultimately, the biggest benefit is peace of mind. We have confidence that our endpoints are secure, our data is protected, and our users are productive. The platform has reduced the manual effort required for routine management, allowing our team to focus on more valuable work. It has improved our security posture and made our IT operations more efficient and effective. For any organization struggling with endpoint visibility, complexity, or security, it is a practical solution to real business challenges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Device Management Made Easy with Ivanti Neurons for UEM"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

The most outstanding aspect of Ivanti Neurons for UEM for me is that I am able to manage various types of devices from one location rather than shifting to several other applications. I have mostly used it to determine the state of devices, implement configurations, and ensure compliance among endpoints. From an operational perspective, it was easy to monitor many machines at once without having to individually access each device. What I liked about Ivanti Neurons for UEM was that I was able to deploy changes without physically accessing any of the devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

To begin with, it was not easy to comprehend the whole structure of things. There are numerous sections and configurations, and it took some time for me to navigate from device management to policies and reporting. In addition, there were moments when things did not go as fast as I had anticipated. For instance, some actions took quite a long time to be completed across various endpoints. Lastly, when troubleshooting problems, I had to go through several levels of logs and configurations, which can sometimes become tedious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to the implementation of this system, endpoint management was less structured, making it necessary for me to use other methods in order to determine the state of my devices. This proved to be a problem in maintaining consistency, especially in complex cases where the number of devices is relatively high. Using Ivanti Neurons for UEM has enabled me to control and manage these devices from one place while applying the desired policies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
