"Ivanti Neurons for Endpoint Management Review"
4/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

Neurons for UEM offers a wide arrange of functionality such as Remote control, Agentless remote control, inventory, realtime querying (Edge Intellegence), many connectors to different applications, DEX, and patch management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

Some downsides include the ability to write in-depth queries for reporting, cannot customize specific agent settings such as remote control permissions, Reboot options, and maintinance windows. Software distribution is a bit complex at the moment as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automates Endpoint Work with an All-in-One Console"
4/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

What I like most is how much routine endpoint work it automates. Patching, configuration, and device health checks take far less manual effort, which frees up my team to focus on higher-priority work. Having device management, security, and visibility in a single console also makes it easier to understand what’s happening across our endpoints and address issues before users even notice them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

What I dislike most is the learning curve. The platform includes a lot of features, and it took me a while to understand how the policies, automation rules, and console settings all fit together. On top of that, some reporting and customization options felt limited for our needs, and a few issues took longer than I would have liked to get resolved through support. "Reliable Endpoint Management for Enterprise IT Operations"
4/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

> In my previous role, Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management gave us centralized visibility and control over managed devices across our environment. From an administrative perspective, I appreciated being able to monitor endpoint health, track device inventory, verify compliance, and perform remote management tasks from a single console. It reduced the time spent switching between different tools and made it easier to support users, maintain endpoint standards, and respond quickly to issues. The reporting and device insights also helped us make better operational decisions and keep our endpoint environment well organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

> One area that could be improved is the flexibility of reporting and dashboard customization. While the platform provides useful endpoint data, creating reports tailored to different operational needs can take additional effort. The interface also has a learning curve for new administrators because of the number of available policies and management options. Once familiar with the platform, it works well, but simplifying navigation and offering more intuitive report customization would make the overall experience even better. "Centralized Management Simplifies Endpoint Oversight"
4/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

I really like the centralized management and automation features of Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management. It provides our IT team with excellent visibility into endpoints and simplifies routine tasks like software deployment, patching, and troubleshooting. Having the ability to manage many endpoint tasks remotely from one platform saves time and minimizes manual work. The features I value the most include endpoint monitoring, automated patch management, software deployment, and remote troubleshooting. The automated patch management, in particular, is a standout as it keeps devices updated without the need for individual management of each endpoint. Additionally, the centralized device visibility lets our IT team quickly identify issues, check device status, and take remote actions, which overall saves time and makes managing multiple endpoints much more efficient. Using it alongside Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Defender enhances our overall IT operations by efficiently managing users, devices, updates, and security issues. What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

One area that could be improved is the overall user experience. Some settings and advanced features can take time to learn, especially during the initial setup. I would also like to see simpler navigation and clearer reporting for common endpoint tasks. Occasionally, troubleshooting more complex issues requires going through several screens, so streamlining those workflows would make the platform easier and faster to use. "Ivanti Neurons: Massive ROI, Fast Performance, and Seamless Cross-Platform Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

From pricing to deployment, Ivanti Neurons has given us a massive return on investment. The quote-based cost was easy to justify because of the sheer amount of manual hours it saves us. The onboarding process was painless because their customer support team was incredibly responsive and helped us get our initial configurations dialed in quickly. Performance-wise, the software is fast, stable, and the lightweight agent runs flawlessly without slowing down our end-users' laptops. The AI intelligence is the real deal, proactively fixing bugs and patching vulnerabilities in the background, while the native integrations with Microsoft Intune mean we didn't have to build custom APIs. Navigating the UI feels completely natural, and managing all our Macs, Windows machines, and mobile devices from one intuitive screen has completely transformed our daily operations. What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

The downsides are pretty minimal, but I do find myself wishing the custom reporting dashboard had just a few more options for granular visual customization. The out-of-the-box reports are already fantastic and give leadership exactly what they need to see regarding compliance and device health, but as someone who loves tweaking widgets and colors to match our exact corporate branding, I'd love to see a bit more flexibility there. Otherwise, it's hard to find a genuine flaw that impacts my day-to-day workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Self-Healing Bots That Cut Helpdesk Tickets and Save Hours Weekly"
5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

The automated self-healing bots have significantly reduced our helpdesk ticket volume, especially for routine issues like cleaning up disk space on my endpoint, uninstalling unwanted software, checking antivirus compliance, and updating endpoint drivers. This has most likely saved my team several hours each week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

We often experience slight delays when syncing device statuses or pushing out bulk updates, which slows down our incident response times. But overall my experience is good and really recommended to use the tool in an organization for managing assets Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automation Powerhouse with a Learning Curve"
4/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

I like Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management for its ability to automate routine IT operations, especially patch management and software deployment, which helps in handling a fragmented workforce. The setup process was smooth and intuitive, making the initial implementation straightforward for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

The learning curve and UI complexity of Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management can be challenging. The admin console feels complex, especially with the multitude of settings and menus, which poses a steeper learning curve for junior IT staff. "Centralized Endpoint Management That Streamlines Deployment, Patching, and Compliance"
5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

What I like most about Ivanti Endpoint Manager is that it gives us a centralized way to manage endpoints, software deployment, patching, and device inventory. In an enterprise environment, where we have to manage a large number of devices, having these capabilities available from one place makes day-to-day support and administration much easier. I also find the remote management and reporting features useful for troubleshooting and keeping track of device compliance. Overall, it helps reduce manual effort and makes endpoint management more organized and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

The main thing I find challenging with Ivanti Endpoint Manager is that it can take some time to get familiar with all the features and configurations. The interface can feel a little complex when you are trying to find a specific option or setting, especially for someone new to the tool. I have also noticed that some tasks or reports can take a little longer than expected. Overall, the functionality is good, but a simpler interface, faster navigation, and easier configuration would make the experience much better for day-to-day enterprise use. "Centralized and Flexible IT Service Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

What I like most is the centralized endpoint management and visibility. It makes it much easier to monitor devices, manage configurations, deploy software and updates, and automate routine tasks without having to jump between different tools. This is especially useful for organizations with a large, distributed endpoint environment, where keeping everything consistent and under control can otherwise be challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

The initial setup and configuration can come with a learning curve, particularly for organizations operating in complex environments. In addition, some of the more advanced features may require extra technical knowledge and training to take full advantage of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool for cross-platform endpoint discovery and automated patch management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

The visibility across all company devices is really top notch. Being able to run real-time queries across endpoints regardless of whether they are on or off the corporate network saves us a ton of time. The automated patching capabilities are solid and helped us close vulnerability gaps way faster than our old setup did. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

Initial setup and agent deployment can be a bit tricky to get right, especially if you have complex network boundaries or legacy devices. The management console takes some time to get used to because there are so many features buried in sub menus. Also, initial sync times for inventory data can sometimes be a bit sluggish.
