What do you like best about iSpring LMS?

I really like iSpring LMS because the tools constructed within this platform make it more than just a learning management system; it feels like a comprehensive learning management platform - a LXP. What I like most is the smart combination of learning tracks, development programs, the 360 reviews, all with a very good reporting feature. The platform's ability to blend learning tracks or courses with development programs, where I can add training sessions and 360 reviews, is impressive. This combination allows me to create a smart guided learning experience that helps learners achieve the competences needed for their companies. I also enjoy using iSpring Cloud to host courses and appreciate the many features iSpring offers both within and outside the platform for creating and managing learning content. What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?

I would like to learn more about the knowledge base because sometimes it feels like the benefits of having it aren't clear, and I'd like to see it linked more with the courses. Companies are sometimes struggling with to many sources of information within. Also, while I know iSpring is investing in AI, platforms are moving even more towards AI-guided communication, and I'd love to see this development in iSpring. It would be great if users could interact with an AI agent within the knowledge base or courses. Additionally, if relevant to their strategy I think iSpring could invest more in the public side of course creation and commercialization (similar to LearnWorlds). What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?

Quiz in the LMS has some limitations which i have conveyed feedback on - In Articulate Storyline, after attempting all questions, the learner reached the results page, which showed the quiz score.

The “Try Again” button on the results page allowed learners to retry only the questions they answered incorrectly instead of having to retake the entire test. Staff are incredibly busy everywhere, their time is billable and so we cant make them retake entire quizzes to pass the quiz, they should be able to retake only the Qs that they got wrong. What do you like best about iSpring LMS?

The iSpring LMS, along with the support and developer teams, has been fantastic. I really appreciate how easy it is to create training materials in SCORM format, and it’s clear that iSpring’s development team is actively committed to ongoing feature improvements and bug fixes. What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?

It would be great to have a feature that automatically generates editable text captions for recorded videos that include audio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iSpring LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Currently, we back up individual learning materials in SCORM format, but we face operational difficulties because we cannot back up the structural configurations of courses or learning tracks. In the future, it would be extremely helpful if we could export training content created in iSpring LMS at the course or learning track level in either SCORM or HTML format.

I also believe that being able to export pages created in iSpring LMS as HTML files would further expand how our learning materials can be utilized.

In addition, adding a feature to edit SCORM-format materials would allow us to reuse SCORM content created outside of iSpring Suite. This would enable more flexible management of our learning materials and would be a great help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In addition, your feedback on backup and export options is very clear. Being able to preserve not only course content but also the structure of courses and learning tracks, as well as export them in SCORM or HTML format, would make content management and reuse much more flexible.

Your point about editing SCORM packages created outside iSpring is also important, as it highlights the need for more flexibility when working with existing learning materials.

The platform is very simple and convenient to use. Regular updates help keep it performing well. Bulk downloading of participants is also very convenient. "Unbeatable Pricing, Responsive Support, and a User-Friendly LMS"

What do you like best about iSpring LMS?

Their pricing is unbeatable. The functionality offered by their LMS is comparable to other systems that could cost you $10,000 more per year. Additionally, their customer service is highly responsive, and they genuinely care about addressing the root of any issues. We are able to pull reports that meet our grant requirements and provide comprehensive, on-demand training to our constituents. What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?

There are still some things, design-wise, that we wish we could implement. It definitely doesn't give you as much freedom as we'd wish. iSpring LMS allows us to deliver training to our clients nationwide, in a format that fits their busy schedules. Through this training delivery, we're able to expand our reach to agencies that wouldn't otherwise be able to dedicate personnel to a full day's training - they can simply access our training via iSpring on their phones, and take it on their own time. "Effortless Training Management with iSpring LMS"

What do you like best about iSpring LMS?

I like iSpring LMS for its ease of use and the comprehensive analytics it offers. Its simplicity makes it easier for our law firm's training, freeing up valuable time for me and the head of training and development, as well as our department trainers. The analytics available are really useful, as they let me see which learner got what questions wrong, helping me identify trends and gaps in the modular programs we’ve created. What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?

I would really love if the knowledge base portion could be built out more or even be connected through SharePoint. Allowing users to navigate to iSpringLearn as a one-stop repository and being able to access SharePoint through that would avoid having to port things over from an already used platform. As for customization options for the learner portal and interface, we already have custom CSS to adjust layout, typography, and styling beyond standard themes; role-based access and personalized dashboards for learners, instructors, and administrators, with customizing the navigation menu to emphasize your most-used sections. You can adjust UI for responsive design to work well on desktops, tablets, and phones, and localize the portal and course content into multiple languages. iSpring LMS allows to adjust progress tracking visuals, certificates, and completion criteria displays, and really much much more. To sum up, it's is designed to allow organizations to tailor the learner experience to their specific needs while ensuring accessibility and measurable learning outcomes across all roles and devices.

Compliance tracking and certification reports help our customers stay aligned with regulatory and internal requirements, while export options (CSV, Excel, PDF) enable offline analysis and sharing with stakeholders.

And on a separate note, it's very pleasant to hear that you and your company aim to high service standards. That's what has always been a key focus for us as well. What do you like best about iSpring LMS?

I find iSpring LMS intuitive and straightforward for both administrators and learners. We were able to transfer our learning content quickly from our previous LMS. iSpring helps us provide a solid onboarding experience for our customers while remaining economically sound. I appreciate features like automated emails for enrollment, reminders for course completion, and the data analysis insights which are valuable for assessing the effectiveness of our onboarding process. I also find the ability to set up customer groups and assign them to a customer success manager particularly useful. iSpring course designing with AI, software, and cloud content development has been a good experience for me. The UI interface is quite user-friendly, and the integrations are easy to set up and use.

Performance is good, and real-time syncing is a big plus. Pricing is better than many other platforms.
