"Feature Rich and Engaging"
5/5
What do you like best about iSpring LMS?

I'm responsible for directing the first-time implementation of an LMS in my organization and I couldn't be happier with my choice of iSpring Learn. The platform is full of well-designed intuitive features and sports a great look and feel, which facilitates the iSpring learning curve. The one-on-one coaching/implementation support package we purchased as an add-on is proving valuable direction and integration. I anticipate enthusiastic adoption of iSpring Learn once we've rolled out the first iteration of courses. It's going to give our training department a tremendous lift. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?

Honestly at this early point I've not found anything vexing about the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about iSpring LMS?

iSpring Learn has enabled us to combine courses for all of the different departments within our company. We are working on increasing utilization in the Learn LMS, but with all the proprietary classes that we have, it has been increasing. In the past, I have shared this sentiment with other prospective users who found that to be a con in other systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?

iSpring Learn has a great deal of functionality, but there are some features that regularly get added that do not meet the needs and ideas that have been brought to them by administrators that utilize the entire Suite of products. I do believe that there should be some form of integration between all of the Suite products - like moving a course directly from Cloud to Learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Love the ease of use and how intuitive it is. Love the value - it is a great product for a reasonable cost. The customer service is super responsive and the end product is wonderful. Was very easy to get set up and rolled out to our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?

Would love to see some animation options and maybe integrated A.I. suggestions for text ideas or scripts in the trainings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ISPRING Learn is the best elearning tool I know."
5/5
What do you like best about iSpring LMS?

It has allowed a small company like mine to provide similar services to large companies. In addition, there are no hidden costs. It allows me to focus on making high-value content. Very flexible. Easy to use. It does not require personnel with a computer profile. Very good technical support. Very easy to configure. The integration with Shopify has really benefited my business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?

Honestly, I can't find anything to say. To say some: that active users would have to find that they access the system at least three times in a month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is the first year of using ispring learn. The user experience is very intuitive and easy to learn with any training. You can simply pick-up and get going. The reporting has everything you need. 5/5
What do you like best about iSpring LMS?

I liked that we were able to find most of the requirements we needed in a single platform, and this helped us avoid additional developments Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?

It was a bit complex to understand how the learning paths worked, and in general, how the contents should be published. Also gamification is not as we expected Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ISpring Learn"
5/5
What do you like best about iSpring LMS?

iSpring learn is super user-friendly and has been super easy for onboarding employees to use. The module course format has made our training process easier for onboarding employees. We recently looked into switching to another LMS format, and we decided to stick with ISpring as it is easy to use when it comes to creating learning tracks and has more value for the price. We were quoted almost double at another company for similar features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?

The reports feature could be significantly improved. I feel there are so many reports that have easier access, which would be helpful, or there would be different formatting of the data. I am excited to see the upcoming PowerBi integration and if it will help with this issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
