ISO Consulting helped solve one of the biggest challenges I was facing, which was turning a vision and passion for supporting people into a properly structured and compliant organisation. Before working with them, the NDIS registration and compliance side of things felt overwhelming and difficult to navigate. They helped bring clarity and structure to the process, explained things in a way that was easy to understand, and gave me confidence that building a sustainable and professional organisation was achievable. Having systems for policies, onboarding, compliance, workforce management, and operations all in one place through ISO+ also helped solve a lot of the uncertainty around how to practically manage and grow the business moving forward.
