What do you like best about IRIS Clarity?

I think the clarity is what makes IRIS Clarity impressive. When we listen back to the calls or hear comments from our customers, our conversations are clear and understood, which is vital in our area of business, customer protection, to avoid any misunderstanding or mishearing. Additionally, setting up IRIS Clarity was very easy with the team's support, and they've been available to us virtually all the time, making the relationship great. I would rate IRIS Clarity a 10 as it is a no-brainer for the customer services industry, especially with agents in close proximity to each other, helping us hear our customers clearly without interruptions from colleagues or background noise, supporting a seamless customer journey. What do you dislike about IRIS Clarity?

What do you like best about IRIS Clarity?

The team at IRIS couldn't be more helpful, they're always on hand to offer support on the product and more importantly they'll take on feedback you provide and act upon it.

From an admin perspective, it's very easy to implement across multiple sites and geographies, we recently moved to a station-based login approach which was a game changer.

The product itself is extremely powerful, it doesn't matter how noisy the customer's environment is, the end user will be oblivious to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IRIS Clarity?

IRIS has enhanced our interactions with our customers, by reducing noise interference and the need for repetition. Our unique customer base is that of a more "mature" customer that sometimes struggles to hear, and when you add in background noise - if its from a neighboring agent or the customers soaps on in the background - it can cause for unwanted customer friction. Clarity gives me as a manager the freedom to raise my voice across the calling floor and have it carry to reach everyone without the wory of upsetting a customer on a call nearby to me. this makes my job much faster and efficiant and much better for building morale on the floor.
