**What do you like best about IRIS Clarity?**

I think the clarity is what makes IRIS Clarity impressive. When we listen back to the calls or hear comments from our customers, our conversations are clear and understood, which is vital in our area of business, customer protection, to avoid any misunderstanding or mishearing. Additionally, setting up IRIS Clarity was very easy with the team's support, and they've been available to us virtually all the time, making the relationship great. I would rate IRIS Clarity a 10 as it is a no-brainer for the customer services industry, especially with agents in close proximity to each other, helping us hear our customers clearly without interruptions from colleagues or background noise, supporting a seamless customer journey.

**What do you dislike about IRIS Clarity?**

I think we're working with IRIS Clarity in regards to reporting and what that looks like. So I think that is a bespoke area for us that we'd like to use more and maybe try and evolve a little bit better.

I use IRIS Clarity in our call center to eliminate background noise, ensuring clear communication between agents and customers, which creates a seamless customer journey.

**What do you like best about IRIS Clarity?**

Operating within a contact centre–driven environment, Iris Clarity delivers the essential noise-cancelling capabilities needed to support clear customer communication, enhance service quality, and improve efficiencies across both inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis.

The platform is highly user-friendly and intuitive, making adoption seamless for our teams. In addition, the Iris Clarity development and support teams have been excellent — responsive, knowledgeable and consistently providing quick turnaround times.

**What do you dislike about IRIS Clarity?**

There is nothing to dislike about Iris Clarity.

**What problems is IRIS Clarity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clearer customer conversations, fewer repetitions, reduced average handling times and an overall improvement in customer service. Additionally, improved sound and call quality have contributed to greater satisfaction among both customers and staff.

This tool is effective at reducing the amount of background noise that gets picked up in our call center, making conversations clearer.

We use a MAC environment, and unfortunately, the app is not stable, which negatively impacts our daily adoption and usage.

By reducing the amount of background noise captured during customer calls, the overall customer experience is improved.

IRIS Clarity is a great product—easy to use and very effective. It significantly reduces background noise, making communication clearer and more professional. This is especially helpful in the BPO industry, where clear voice quality is essential for customer interactions.

**What do you like best about IRIS Clarity?**

The team at IRIS couldn't be more helpful, they're always on hand to offer support on the product and more importantly they'll take on feedback you provide and act upon it.

From an admin perspective, it's very easy to implement across multiple sites and geographies, we recently moved to a station-based login approach which was a game changer.

The product itself is extremely powerful, it doesn't matter how noisy the customer's environment is, the end user will be oblivious to it.

**What do you dislike about IRIS Clarity?**

An API would be useful but definitely not something that would detract me from using IRIS Clarity

**What problems is IRIS Clarity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staff morale: Less frustrating calls with customers impacted by a noise office environment
Productivity: Calls will have a reduced handling time as both parties aren't having to talk over background noise
Customer experience: It's difficult to deliver good customer service if there's distracting and unwanted background noise however with Clarity the conversation is crystal clear making it easier for our staff to deliver a top quality customer service.

**What do you like best about IRIS Clarity?**

IRIS has enhanced our interactions with our customers, by reducing noise interference and the need for repetition.  Our unique customer base is that of a more "mature" customer that sometimes struggles to hear, and when you add in background noise - if its from a neighboring agent or the customers soaps on in the background  - it can cause for unwanted customer friction.  IRIS clarity makes all that go away for a streamlined conversation where each party can easily hear the other.

**What do you dislike about IRIS Clarity?**

There is nothing not to like about IRIS.  They are great to work with, they make it super easy.  All of it is great! The agent doesnt even have to do anything to make it work it just works all time time.

**What problems is IRIS Clarity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IRIS is helping our agents and our "mature" customs hear one another better, making for a better experience for our agents and most importantly our customers.  It reduces the need for repetition, and as a benefit also reduced our average talk time.

The team is really great and the product is fantastic. I love that it's noise reducing on both ends of the call. Call centers can sometimes get loud and IRIS Clarity is able to help solve that issue.

**What do you dislike about IRIS Clarity?**

SSO by nature can be a little clunky but with clear directions, we were able to launch to a large pool.

**What problems is IRIS Clarity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IRIS Clarity is solving the issue of a noisy call center. With peak volumes, it can lead to friction with the customer and longer call times since they're having to repeat themselves due to the noise.

**What do you like best about IRIS Clarity?**

Clarity gives me as a manager the freedom to raise my voice across the calling floor and have it carry to reach everyone without the wory of upsetting a customer on a call nearby to me. this makes my job much faster and efficiant and much better for building morale on the floor.

**What do you dislike about IRIS Clarity?**

nothing much to dislike, sometimes when the headset is not plugged in properly it will still show as active and will make the agent think everything is fine and thus give them a silent call.

**What problems is IRIS Clarity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the amount of noice picked up on calls - making it easier for customers to hear and understand the information given - this increases QA and customer satisfaction in the long run

IRIS Clarity makes a big difference for our remote sales and customer service teams. We have been searching for a tool that is easy to use and integrate. Eliminating noise on both ends of the call has been a huge positive for our team and customers alike.

When launched the menu stays open and doesn't close unless opened from drop down and then will minimise

**What do you like best about IRIS Clarity?**

It is compatible with like any computer system used in today's use. Battery and RAM consumption is very less.
We have been using this with zoom meetings for training purposes. Only out trainer had it and we all were able to enjoy it. It can be used with any online meeting platform be it zoom, teams or goto meetings.

**What do you dislike about IRIS Clarity?**

I don't really see any down side. But there can be more features added like recording, voice modulation.
