**What do you like best about IQ Session?**

Easy to use and perfect for a smaller environments.  It helps keep staff's likes and dislikes documented and schedules are blocked off to help prevent scheduling errors.

**What do you dislike about IQ Session?**

It can required a lot of customization, but customer service is a great help. 

**What problems is IQ Session solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This system has been a great addition to our scheduling process. We can be more efficient and keep a history of preferences.
