**What do you like best about inwink?**

In theory, should replace scanners, map, agenda and contact list.

**What do you dislike about inwink?**

Used the mobile app during an event to scan visitors badges at our booth. Several teamates faces the same issues: the contact scanned is empty and marked "unknown". 
Support never resolve it. 
We lost potential business opportunities.

Supposed to give our sales reps the autonomy to get contact credentials easily and do a Follow-up

inwink is really THE AllInOne reference platform for event organization (digital, in person and hybrid events).

All is possible and very simply with inwink and the platform evolve very quickly according to clients need.
Inwink is not only an event-based marketing solution is also now a full community-based marketing platform.

**What do you like best about inwink?**

Very advanced customization on both back end and front end that allows organizers to build their own back office and website.
Being able to create the user experience I want for each personae and collect very detailed data thanks to personalized fields and a real "WYSIWYG" platform.
The ready made features that make organizers life so much easier (agenda, partners worksapce, business meetings, networking based on a customized matchmaking algorythm...).
The fast and efficient help from customer support and customer success managers.
And most important: all features are included in the licence and all improvements and new features are available for all clients with no extra fee. The platform keeps evolving for the best!

**What do you dislike about inwink?**

Not much really... 
Maybe the paid registration feature could be more advanced compared to other features, but it usually answer my needs! 
Also it would be amazing to be able to export my events data into a nice chart or some kind of data visualization in addition to the usual excel sheets, but as long as I get all my data, I'm satisfied!

**What problems is inwink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having every step of an event organization on the same platform, from registration to tickets or broadcasting.
Reaching very detailed data about all users.
Being able to build a multi-events strategy.

The versatility of the platform combined with the power of its CMS makes it a partner of choice !
The team is also very present and reactive to help us make the most out of it.

**What do you dislike about inwink?**

Its versatility is also creating some complexity in the product. Moreover, I'd love to have more data directly in the platform to help us have a better analytics view.

inwink allows us to both manage our smaller events and our big annual event. Our users only have to create one account and can use it throughout the year. More recently, we designed on inwink the first successful hybrid event.

The platform has evolved with our requirements and the circumstances in which we found ourselves during COVID, the team worked hard to introduce new features, and the support and implementation team worked tirelessly to ensure we made the most of these.

We would love to see better reporting tools, perhaps using PowerBI

**What do you like best about inwink?**

We like the platform; we can adapt it for any event and build the event website easily and autonomously. We like the customer success team; they are really available.

**What do you dislike about inwink?**

The complexity of the Inwink platform required a lot of time and training to be able to use it correctly. Statistics are not easy to use. It's not a CRM. Ticketing is not too complex.

**Recommendations to others considering inwink:**

Inwink allowed us to digitize our events in 2020 and 2021, thus offering an enhanced new service to our partners and a new experience to our participants. We recommend using Inwink even though it takes time to get to grips with it.

**What problems is inwink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The following functionalities were useful: Business meeting, personalization of some pages, etc. It enables us to improve our UX for partners and visitors.

Be able to create in 1 hour my event with a personalized graphic charter thanks to the pre-configured templates

**What do you like best about inwink?**

What I like most is the ease of use, it's very intuitive. The Inwink site is ergonomic, the sections are clear and precise. The online help is very useful, and all the problems are exposed.

**What do you dislike about inwink?**

The only negative side of the platform is perhaps the propagation time when you make changes that you want to put online. 
And it would also be great to be able to send invitations directly through Inwink.

The biggest problem solved with Inwink is the quality. Other platforms offer online events but we often encounter connection problems and they are not nearly as professional

Inwink can prove to be quite complicated to handle at the very beginning, but once that is done, one realizes the enormous possibilities the tool offers. It is a real way to save time, increase efficiency, improve performance, and grow one's business. Many features allow for better centralization of event organization.

At first, the tool can be a bit complex to grasp for people who really have no experience with computers and web tools in general.

I can also organize business meeting and networking simultaneously. I can exchange with my partners through the platform and they can also be autonomous on it. They can deal their own invitation, business contact, meeting etc...It's a real time saver

**What do you like best about inwink?**

Front office is really flexible. it can feet to any complex brand design. You can use and activate as many language that you need. It can support complex character. It is really robust for a large audience. All datas are in one place, from registration to  the online or in person experience. This platform is also really simple to use for hybrid events. They are adding lot of new features every 2 months. The platform support lot of external services. Support is really reactive and make you comfortable when you need it.

Inwink is now enough well known on the international market so it is difficult to convince a global organization to adopt the solution.

We have the opportunity to manage lot of large and small hybrid event at the same time. It helps to have consistency on metrics on a world wide based.  We get more agile to deploy events and secure the costumer experience success .

The platform is relatively easy to understand and use.
It unables us to manage our hybrid event and community almost 360° and is easy to connect with other softwares (sales, CRM...)

I'd like my partners to be more autonomous in the customizing process of their spaces. Also, the platform is used as an all-year-long engagement tool for our community, and it lacks features such as live-feed from our members, with the ability for them to share info & news, comment, discuss as groups, etc.

At Inwick, unlike other event tech providers, we talk about usage before talking about technology and programming. They don't try to fit usage into an operating mode, on the contrary they develop according to usage. This changes everything!

We are big fans of the constant evolution of inwink's product and the fact that we can personalize it as we want, and find the user interface very straight-forward for our guests.

As inwink is a product and not a contractor, sometimes we struggle to attribute tasks within our team and cover all the bases. We also encounter some issues with the connector to our CRM.

Inwink facilitates the presentation of events, their contents and speakers, as well as all the communication that must be managed with registrants and participants.  The platform also allows for the optimisation of the follow-up and analysis of events.

When preparing, there are many details and steps to remember to put in place.  This is not always obvious. And it requires a lot of time beforehand to get to grips with the tool.
