**What do you like best about Involves Doors?**

The integrated platform for field personnel, that allows every persona from employee, manager and customer to communicate and interact in the overall end to end service delivery aspect. From before the service/Job actually starts, to the in-progress service, and post completion analytics and retrospective

**What do you dislike about Involves Doors?**

User Interface can be improved on the analytics front, especially interactive graphs etc. can be added and made a bit more user friendly, currently it feels that its not been updated with other competitors in the field market

**What problems is Involves Doors solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had to utilize this platform in a slightly unconventional manner, Being in the Healthcare service industry we had received contracts to service various medical devices & small machinery. Being a relatively small company we had a employed field agents who would visit various hospitals and clinics, assisted living facilities, nursing homes to repair and install certain machinery and devices for our Partners. It was nice to see various features before booking and allocate upcoming tasks, along with ability to manage things on -site through in-app communication, and later review through analytics. The ability to gather visual medium helped us to prepare field agents for similar problems for a specific product line in other healthcare establishments as well.
