What do you like best about InvestNext?

The look of the interface is modern and generally good; for us, this is about where the good ended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InvestNext?

I think that this product could be good, in general, for a very simple syndicator. When dealing with more complex vehicles InvestNext falls short on ease of use. Implementation was cumbersome at best. The initial assesment after months of atemping to do simple things in the platform was that this was a great product when it first came out for syndications and simple vehicles, but it seems that added features were cobbled together on top of the exisitng platform and not well integrated as the platfom grew to attempt to do more - that made for a difficult, and frustrating, implementation which ended in decideing to deprecate the platform after 3-months. That said, when concerns about implemtaiton were brought up to customer support they did work to address those issues, but sadly the features were still lacking and the system was not a fit. We are sad to hear that InvestNext wasn't able to meet your needs at this time. I am glad to see from your review that our client support team did try to resolve your concerns, but we know how frustrating it is when resolution can't be reached.

We are continuously working to improve our platform and create a great experience for GPs on InvestNext, regardless of the complexity of their structures or deals.
