**What do you like best about Investigate360?**

Updates and task assignments in investigate360 help to avoid the long chain of emails which are not only unproductive but also confusing. This has greatly enhanced the flow of communication during investigations and has greatly enhanced their effectiveness.

**What do you dislike about Investigate360?**

It is very tedious to search for particular information within a case. Today’s search tools seem to provide only basic search options, which can lead to a mass of unrelated data or require the user to sort through huge amounts of information.

**What problems is Investigate360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Investigate360 has given me a way of safely sharing evidence and information with my colleagues in other departments and has improved communication. It can be discouraging and hinder investigations when one needs key information to be retrieved in good time.
