It’s been great to use as an all-in-one platform for email campaigns. The reporting is strong, the service and IT support have been helpful, and it’s very user-friendly for tasks like creating email templates and uploading contacts. I don’t use it much for other areas, such as SMS integrations or Sales, but for email campaigns it fits our needs well, and it’s the platform I expect we’ll stick with going forward. I wish I could manage multiple accounts under one main account. I work for three different branches, and to have each one billed separately, I have to maintain three separate accounts. We have to batch SMS sends due to traffic on our site. We are now up to 7 batches with each full send. We have to duplicate and send up to 7 times. I know a fix is in the works for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI is very clean and looks great. Mailchimp helps me manage my email campaigns, and I can easily connect everything to Shopify, Canva, and more. It provides AI features, which I mostly use for email subject recommendations. Everything is very responsive and works really well. The detailed analytics and campaign insights make it easier to track ROI. Mailchimp offers a free plan for beginners, and the paid plans include advanced automation and AI tools. MailChimp is a helpful tool for creating, editing and/or updating simple landing pages for content marketing as well as customer onboarding processes.
