Very easy to implement and administer.

**What do you dislike about Introw?**

The product still has a few rough edges. Some navigation features, such as linking directly to sections within a page, would improve usability, and the page hierarchy is currently quite flat. There are also a few limitations in areas like journey building, but none have been blockers for us. Given how quickly the team releases improvements, we're confident these areas will continue to mature.

**What problems is Introw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Introw, our partner resources and processes were spread across multiple tools, making it difficult to keep content organised and provide a consistent partner experience. Introw has brought everything into a single platform, making it easier to manage partner onboarding, enablement, sales assets, and ongoing communication. It has reduced administration, improved the partner experience, and given us a much more scalable way to support our growing partner network. The platform is also evolving quickly, allowing us to continuously improve our portal based on partner and internal feedback.

**What do you like best about Introw?**

It’s very easy to use, especially when starting from scratch. It was straightforward to build out our partner portals, courses, and certificates, and to invite our partners. The introw team is also very responsive and always happy to help fix issues or even develop new offerings. Introw integrates well with our HubSpot. The AI features have helped me build the courses, and they can be useful as long as they’re prompted correctly.

**What do you dislike about Introw?**

For now, there isn't a ton of freedom when it comes to visual assets. You can't crop with in the platform so uploading images as thumbnails or into courses means it has to be the right size. A few clunky things like this, but anytime I have noticed anything the team has been there to help me fix the problem, fix it on their end, or develop a new way of doing it

**What problems is Introw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed one central spot for our partners. While we do not track how much our partners sell, we do like to know how active they are and we provide them with a lot of material. The previous solution was not very user friendly and the material was unorganized, once we have introw full stocked with marketing/sales material I imagine everything will be really easy for our partners.

**What do you like best about Introw?**

What I like most is how frictionless it is for partners. They can register deals, receive updates, and collaborate via email or Slack without ever needing to log into a portal—which is why adoption actually happens. From an ops perspective, everything still syncs back to the CRM, so reporting on partner-sourced revenue stays clean, consistent, and auditable.

**What do you dislike about Introw?**

Honestly, not much. If I'm nitpicking, I'd love more advanced customization in dashboards and reporting for edge cases in our partner attribution model. The out-of-the-box views cover most needs, but as a RevOps person I always want one more filter.

**What problems is Introw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving the classic PRM problem: partners not engaging with the tool. Because partners can register deals and get updates through email or Slack without logging into anything, adoption is actually high — which means the data flowing into our CRM is complete. Internally, it's cut the manual back-and-forth of chasing partners for updates, freeing our team to focus on strategic work instead of admin.

We rolled out Introw as our Partner Relationship Management layer on top of HubSpot for the ShareGate channel partner program. The HubSpot integration was the deciding factor — deal registrations, shared leads, and partner-attributed pipeline all flow directly into our HubSpot deals without manual handoffs. For a RevOps team running lean, that's the whole game.

**What do you dislike about Introw?**

Reporting inside Introw is still maturing — we rely on HubSpot dashboards for most pipeline analytics
Some multi-record association workflows (e.g., distributor → reseller → end-user contacts) require hubspot automation config that could be more automated through Introw

The native HubSpot sync means partner deals land exactly where they need to—no Zapier, no CSV imports, and no reconciliation nightmares. The partner portal is genuinely polished, and our partners adopted it without much hand-holding. Deal registration, quoting, and order processing are all in one place, which has helped us move away from scattered tooling.

One of the biggest strengths of Introw is its modern, intuitive design. It’s easy for both our internal teams and partners to navigate, which has significantly improved adoption and the overall partner experience.

We’re also excited about the platform’s AI capabilities and Claude integration, which continue to enhance how we create and manage content within the portal.

There isn’t much to dislike about the platform. If there is one area we’d like to continue improving together, it would be making the custom field synchronization between Salesforce and Introw even more intuitive. As our partner program evolves, having a more streamlined and flexible way to map and sync custom fields would make managing integrations even easier. That said, the Introw team has been very supportive and receptive to feedback, and we’re confident this will continue to improve over time.

The customization. After 4 months of use, being able to build the program at our image — adapting the portal structure, content, and flows to both Ringover's brand and each partner's needs — is what makes Introw stand out. It's not a rigid template. It molds to you, and that directly impacts partner engagement.

The setup time. You start from a blank page, which means building your program from scratch takes real effort upfront. Setting up the experiences also requires meaningful time investment before things feel polished and ready for partners.
It's not a dealbreaker — but be prepared to dedicate proper onboarding time before you're fully up and running.

I really like the integration with Introw, especially with HubSpot, as it makes managing my pipeline seamless. I'm a big fan of the property notifications for partners, which is great, and the UX is very intuitive, easy to use, and clean. These features make Introw valuable to me, allowing full management of my pipeline and mirrored updates. I also love that Introw developed MCP, which enables me to get updates from partners and gather insights from the cloud.

**What do you dislike about Introw?**

I mean, one thing that I recently noticed is that I would like to use the task manager about updates with partners and seeing the progress. And right now, it's more used for onboarding, and that's the only thing I can think of. And then also the I would like to have a setup that is easier to have my own portal with that three d branding today's Introw. It was not so intuitive to figure that out. Yeah.

I’ve used other PRMs for nearly 15 years, and the experience has usually been clunky, time-consuming, and frustrating. Introw is the first PRM I’ve worked with where both my team and our partners have had a genuinely positive experience, without running into performance issues that come from outdated technology. The Salesforce integration was completely seamless and connected within minutes, instead of requiring days of tinkering with bulky workflows. The Introw team made onboarding a breeze and has stayed highly engaged throughout, and it’s all at a much more competitive price than the alternatives I’ve considered. I also appreciate the weekly updates on new releases and platform upgrades, which help me stay on top of what’s changing.I've been using various Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools for nearly 15 years, and my experiences have often been clunky, time-consuming, and frustrating. The service, super responsive and helpful. second is the the depth of the integration with hubspot. Very starlight forward to setup.

Sometimes there are UI limitations but it's understandable and if we need something changed the team is willing to find a solution for us.

I don't think any one in our industry has a tool like introw. Our partners use its everyday to summit and track deals as well as communicate issues or updates and vice versa. there is a knowledge area and courses section to help train new partners. There are sections we added that offer sales materials and incentives. It really changed the game for us. It is our primary organization and communication tool for our partners that we are always using

**What do you like best about Introw?**

I find Introw really useful for analyzing every deal and the revenue generated. It's also great for seeing how our partners are interacting with our content. I think Introw is pretty complete compared to a lot of CRM tools and it's easy to use. I like the automation on email and the Slack feature, which allows us to build content and notifications. The team is eager to build more features, and I'm looking forward to that.

**What do you dislike about Introw?**

I feel like PRM is still kind of manual tool. It's still kind of like a tool or solution, and at the end of the day, you don't want to rely on sharing deal slips. It's something that should evolve in the future. If you can have a solution that can capture any leads from emails, Slack, or phone, it could be a much more powerful tool. I would also add if this could connect with solution like Auctor for implementation this would be mindblowing

I love Introw's clean, modern interface, which was easy to get both the internal team and our partners up and running. It's simple and has everything we needed feature-wise, allowing us to customize it well without too many restrictions. The seamless integrations with Hubspot, Slack, and Claude make everything work together efficiently, reducing admin time and updating simultaneously across platforms. It was very easy to set up, and I appreciate the lack of complexity in managing our partner relationships from onboarding to partner marketing. Compared other competitors, Introw stood out for its interface and feature richness.

The AI course creator is in beta stage so not the best at the moment, but the AI tool is optional and you can still create courses with your own content and structure.

Introw makes partner relationship management simple. We use it to track and activate our partner ecosystem. The HubSpot integration is the standout feature, data flows cleanly between both platforms, meaning our pipeline attribution and partner-sourced revenue is visible without manual reconciliation. The AI functionality within the software is excellent too. We've had no issues with the software throughout our time using it.
The UI is clean and intuitive; onboarding was efficient. The visibility it gives into partner engagement, who's active, what's been shared, where deals are stacking up has meaningfully changed how we prioritise outreach.

**What do you dislike about Introw?**

Nothing significant, the product does what it promises. If anything, more granular reporting on partner revenue attribution would be a welcome addition.

I quite often receive notifications saying that a partner or someone from our team is trying to connect to their portal. However, when I check the access, it’s usually all in order, so it’s strange that they still can’t access their portals.
Another issue is the announcement statistics. Usually, right after we send an announcement, we immediately see a very high open rate. That’s exciting, of course, but I’m a bit skeptical about results like that.

I also like the Experience Builder and Forms Builder. The Experience Builder is very easy to use and set up. The Forms Builder has lots of triggers and automations behind the scenes, and you can connect its properties directly to those of HubSpot. The initial setup was fairly easy, and their support team made it better.

The tool can handle practically everything! Lead submission, pipeline notifications, announcements, onboarding, enablement, AI coaching...

Unique to our business model, we accept leads in one pipeline and (once approved in our CRM) create deals in another. This breaks the connection between the partner rep and their eventual deals. For now, partner reps have to receive none or all deal notifications. Introw is aware.

It's not so much a fault of Introw, but because it relies so heavily on the data coming from Hubspot, you have to have a clean CRM. Do properly implement, I had to spend a lot of time reconfiguring how we used Husbpot for partnerships in order to get Introw to work properly.

The biggest problem it is solving for us right now is giving our partners more visibility on deals. Because of that, we are communicating more regularly about what is in their pipeline, and they are closing more business. Whether it's a lead submission—where a partner refers a lead—or a deal registration, where a partner owns and drives the opportunity as a reseller, the deal overview feature makes it straightforward for both parties to track the status and progress of each deal.

Integration with CRMs like Salesforce or Hubspot means that data is updated automatically, based on the rules and approvals set by the vendor. This keeps the pipeline current, reduces manual effort, and helps prevent data duplication.

True co-selling and collaboration on deals are made simple through the built-in central communication tools, which are conveniently synced with Slack and email. This ensures everyone is notified of any changes. Adding relevant materials to deals is also very easy, and much more convenient than searching through a content repository and risking the use of outdated documents by mistake.

Receiving instant updates on potential commission payments, and managing commissions and invoicing directly within Introw, is a big plus for finance and accounting teams.

Introw is, by some considerable distance, far and away the best partner portal with which I have worked over the years.  Takes what a partner portal can do to 'an entirely new level'. The biggest advantage is that the Introw platform allows the Distributor and Resellers to manage their own opportunities, communicate, share leads, and allow us as a fast growing AppSec vendor to automate much of the partner management / communications.   The Introw team also responds very very quickly and is open to suggestions and responds proactively.

**What do you dislike about Introw?**

As for disadvantages, well, the scope of what is possible with the Introw partner portal is so much larger than what is possible with the stunted, forgotten platforms normally implemented, that one ends up pushing the boundaries of what is possible.   In 8 months the Introw partner portal has, for example, grown from Single-tier to Two-Tier channel models, which engendered new areas to update and capabilities to add.   But those get resolved pretty quickly.

An easy to setup integration with Salesforce (with help from our CSM, Kitti has been very fast to respond, proactive and really thinking along) gave us very quick time to value. I find myself logging in everyday.

There's small features missing, but the team has been extremely quick in picking up both wishes and bugs.

Introw enables us to give our partners insight into our shares pipeline along with empowering them with assets, training and information and making it very easy find. Their experiences approach alongside well thought out permissions allows us to easily differentiate between continental experiences, ensuring partners see the things applicable for them locally.

Introw has been a great experience overall. 
The platform is intuitive, easy to use, and really helps manage the relationships with our Partners. I really appreciate how seamless the process feels for both sides — it removes friction without losing the personal touch. The team behind Introw is also very responsive and thoughtful, which makes a big difference. 
I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to improve and streamline and simplify their Partner Management processes.

After using it for 1 year, there is nothing I dislike so far.

The main challenge we faced was that our partners’ lead submission process and the assignment of those leads to our Sales team were highly manual and time-consuming. Introw eliminated this manual work, allowing us to focus our time and energy on what really matters.

We are just starting our partner program, and Introw makes it simple to share materials, communicate with partners, and register and work on deals, without the security risk of giving full CRM access to partners.

**What do you like best about Introw?**

I find Introw super intuitive to use. The best thing is the off-portal collaboration, which means I don't need to log in to the portal all the time. Everything is integrated on top of my CRM, so I can see everything tracked back to it. It's super easy to set up, probably the easiest and most simple PRM I've used. I love everything about it.

Everything is truly perfect!

Introw improves pipeline visibility, partner visibility, and commission management while driving partner revenue.

Simple to use and integrates well with Salesforce.
The set-up didn't take much time.

**What do you dislike about Introw?**

Nothing that I discovered yet. One thing that has been annoying is that sometimes the synced partner accounts from Salesforce break, but honestly, this could be because of our Salesforce configuration and have nothing to do with Introw.

**What problems is Introw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Partners can easily log into their partner portal, view content and submit their leads. Everything syncs easily into SalesForce. Before, our partner team used HubSpot forms for this process but in the hubspot form we couldn't add any content, instructions on how to submit leads, also our partners couldn't see progress on their submitted leads (which ones converted into opportunities, revenue etc). Now with Introw our partners and ourselves have way more visibility.

Out of the box and super powerful. You set it up in hours, instead of weeks and months. And the native integration with HubSpot is really mindblowing.

Don't really know to be honest, might be a little less customizable than legacy PRM's

It gives us insights in our indirect channel and also takes care of most of the Partner enablement for us. We went from wishful thinking, to grip on our indirect pipeline and our Partners.
