# What integration capabilities do Awards Management systems offer for HR data and employee information?

Reviewer evidence on integration specifically, rather than general feature lists, tells a more useful story here.

Does that breadth of integrations extend to common HRIS platforms specifically, or is it stronger on communication and workflow tools?

If your program needs live HR data sync rather than periodic export, has anyone found a workaround here?

3,000+ integrations sounds impressive, but I’d want Evalato to name the HRIS connectors that are actually being used in production. There’s a big difference between importing an employee roster and keeping departments, roles, and eligibility data synced as people join, leave, or move teams.
