**What do you like best about Introhive?**

I like how effortlessly Introhive keeps our entire CRM accurate and up-to-date, fully automatically, without requiring our sales team to spend hours on manual data entry. For our B2B textile business, where we work with many retailers, brands, and wholesale partners, having reliable, GDPR-clean contact and interaction data is critical. I really value its relationship intelligence; it surfaces hidden connections and engagement patterns we wouldn’t see otherwise, which helps us approach prospects warmer and strengthen existing client relationships. It basically turns passive communication into actionable sales opportunities — and all with very little effort from our team.

**What do you dislike about Introhive?**

The data enrichment for smaller, regional European textile businesses and family-run retailers isn’t always as thorough as it is for large corporations. Some local suppliers and smaller clients don’t get fully enriched profiles. Customization for industry-specific fields (like fabric product interests, order volume history, or sustainability certification preferences) takes extra setup and doesn’t always map cleanly into our CRM without manual tweaking.

**What do you like best about Introhive?**

I really appreciate how Introhive automates our CRM by capturing emails, meetings, contacts, and interactions without any manual effort from our team. It keeps everything up‑to‑date and accurate, saving us hours every week. The relationship mapping and strength scoring features are incredibly useful, especially in the German market, helping us to focus on warm introductions rather than cold outreach. Additionally, it effectively breaks down internal silos across our teams, vital in our B2B environment, providing transparency and allowing us to see which colleagues have connections to prospects or clients, enhancing cross-departmental collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Introhive?**

I've noticed that relationship scoring can sometimes be overly sensitive to email frequency rather than actual relationship quality. It doesn’t always fully distinguish between brief administrative emails and deep, strategic client conversations, so we still need to manually review some scores. One area that could be stronger is local language and regional support. While the platform works in English, more granular support for German-language data, naming conventions, and regional business structures would help a lot. Some contact enrichment and company data doesn’t always capture German corporate forms, regional subsidiaries, or local decision-making structures as accurately as local tools do. The alert and notification system could be more flexible. Right now, it’s somewhat generic. We’d like to customize alerts for relationship changes, at-risk accounts, or new contact additions based on our own team workflows—for example, flagging when a key contact changes roles at a DAX or mid-market German firm. The initial setup of Introhive was manageable, but not completely straightforward for our team.

I use Introhive to automate CRM data management, eliminating manual entry and sync issues. It uncovers hidden relationships, helping focus on warm connections over cold outreach, and provides insights for better business development by breaking down internal silos.

Contacts are very easy to sync, we receive pre-meeting digest reports which are very helpful, we can manage relationships more efficiently by automatically capturing, organizing and updating client data from various sources, this enables better communication and personalised interactions.
Customer support is polite and replies quickly most of the time.

We have to reach to IH support team to merge contacts which can take a while, data cleanse suggestions are not always accurate.

Often data held in CRM systems is out of date.  We have, much like other firms, contacts that were entered in to CRM years ago.  Often the user that entered the contact claims to be the owner, or best relationship, with that contact, event if they haven't communicated with them for years.  Introhive gives you an accurate idea of who is liaising with which external contacts and organisations in real time.  So it is perfect for meeting prep etc., or cross selling, as it allows you to reach out to colleagues who actually know the contacts well.

**What do you like best about Introhive?**

By scraping Outlook, the relationships within our organisation that would usually be missed are now identified, and also we have evidence based data that proves how strong relationships are in each case. It saves a significant amount of time in manual data entry into CRM, and automates the process. The pre-meeting digests are a useful feature that keeps the company joined-up. The interface is simple and intuitive which is great for end-users.

**What do you dislike about Introhive?**

The integration with our CRM system, InterAction, is not quite at the level that was sold to us which has affected how we use it internally. We find that we have two siloed pots of data to deal with now, and working out which should be the source of truth is difficult and has proved a significant pain point. If we did not have an existing CRM, we would probably have gotten better adoption from the outset. It would also be great if the base product including some enhanced reporting.

Very helpful when it comes to cross-selling strategy and key client programmes as shows how embedded the firm is within our client organisations. Also useful to help us spot opportunities for growth where we have multiple relationships with decision makers. Saves a lot of time on manual data entry.

Scrapes Outlook emails and calendars like a dream. Best features: ranking contacts by the frequency of their interaction with your company -- and also showing you who in your company is in most frequent communication with each contact and company. Great customer service.

Would be a dream if the data could be easily imported into CRM software; that is not yet the case, so data entry is required to keep your CRM up to date. Data is sometimes out of date due to quirks with how Introhive cross-checks LinkedIn.

Identifying leads, capturing their emails and their locations, and noting who the top contacts are at each company based on the number of colleagues they know and the frequency of their interactions.

Simpilicity and East of Deployment. Ability to get at the data in a easy to digest fashion.
I like the people who work there as I do think they have the clients interests in mind.

I think the interface needs a refresh.
They also need to come up with ways to speed up development and make it more relevant for specific industry segments.
I think there needs to be better alignment between the different teams at IntroHive

Our firmhas 75+ offices throughout the country and often times people are secluded in their own regions; Introhive allows our users to identify key relationships and work together as a firm to gain new clients. We also have limited client tracking resources, so we utilize Introhive as a stepping stone as we plan for our next steps as a Marketing team.

Data and analytics are limited based on the cost we pay for the product. 
The Outlook panel is not compatible with our email server.

**What do you like best about Introhive?**

The team I'm supporting are all extremely happy with the tool. It eases the day-to-day strain of adding contacts and activities into Salesforce, and makes sure that they actually capture them. Also, Introhive has a great team behind them, our account manager is great and super proactive and the support teams are always extremely helpful!

**What do you dislike about Introhive?**

Not necessarily a downside of Introhive itself, but it allows the team to be a little lazy at times. It's very easy for them to click click and add everything they've done to Salesforce, but sometimes they forget to curate what they are adding.. We are not interested in seeing the fact that they are emailing their dentist for example.

Historically our client-facing teams were terrible at recording information in salesforce manually, as a result we were missing vital information on what was happening within the accounts we were pursuing. (Which is no longer the case)

Introhive provides insights and updates into client relationships that would otherwise take countless research hours to obtain.  They are easy to work with and easy to integrate with other platforms to better leverage the information.

Introhive provides so much data that you have to have a defined plan and strategy for using the information.  Otherwise, it can be overwhelming.

To make the investment worth it, I strongly encourage that you discuss the best way to use and manage your data during the onboarding process and utilize the api access to create usable dashboards.  My account manager, Blair, is wonderful at providing ideas and best practices.

Introhive is an incredibly handy tool that not only automates how we capture our contacts but helps us break down any challenges with identifying our known network. We also find the data cleanse feature useful for helping to strengthen existing CRM data.

**What do you dislike about Introhive?**

There are times when it would be useful to export information to quickly present to key senior stakeholders, but this is only a minor point.

**Recommendations to others considering Introhive:**

Not only has the software been an absolute game-changer in how we work but we have had great support from the staff. From the setup and onboarding right through to the customer relationship stages, Introhive has always accommodated our needs. A big thanks to Shikha and Colin for their solutions!

Without Introhive it would be near impossible to understand which of our colleagues are talking to potential clients across our business on a day-to-day level. **What do you like best about Introhive?**

One of the first tips I learned in business development was the need to create depth within your client relationships. It helps for cross selling and when people move positions, such as during the great resignation. Introhive helps Marketing to uncover the levels of our relationships even when the relationship owner doesn't record these themselves.

**What do you dislike about Introhive?**

It is not cheap software and I wish our partner uptake were better. The true business developers understand the value. I don't know how the software could improve as they have been very helpful with the training of our people.

Introhive is an effective tool to help automate the data entry in your CRM and to help you to identify hidden relationships within your organization. I highly recommend Introhive.

In both sales and professional services organizations it was always a fight to get people to enter data into CRM; with Introhive the fight stops because low value work goes away. Instead of doing low level data entry tasks, the team can refocus their efforts and find ways to actually utilize the data for new sales opportunities. Before Introhive I faced an uphill battle for adoption, it seemed no amount of training was ever enough. But after adopting Introhive that changed and not only did it get easier, the staff also had addional benefits for using the system. With future meeting being added to crm via Introhive, users would recieve information before the meeting from the internet about the people who they were meeting with and the companies where they worked.

**What do you dislike about Introhive?**

I thought the system was pretty self explanatory as a user who began with our beta version, but I didn't realize the affect the crm history would have on user adoption. Even though we were adding a tool to make the users' life easier, we needed full blown training to show the staff how easy it was. While we still had upfront training, the repeats were elimintaed.

**Recommendations to others considering Introhive:**

If you are rolling out a  new CRM system or significant update, rollout Introhive simultaniously. It will be simplier for your user community. Otherwise they will have to learn the system itself and then Introhive. Avoid negaitive impressions of your new software and give them Introhive from the start.

We were trying to increase user adoption of CRM, decrease complaints about having to do data input and to shift training time to data analytics. We have increased adoption and we have a better data base of information to use in business development.

**What do you like best about Introhive?**

Introhive is an automated system that will update contact relationships without having to manually enter any data or information into the system. This saves precious time and bandwidth as it doesn't require a team to consistently update a CRM system every time we reach out to a new prospect.

**What do you dislike about Introhive?**

While we ensured our key stakeholders that only the marketing team would have access to the system, they were still cautious regarding privacy. However after explaining we would only be monitoring client touchpoints they eventually came around. The ranking of relationships is also a little confusing.

I love the fact that Introhive allows me to find contacts and relationships within my firm for any company I need to research.  It is so difficult to keep contacts up to date in Salesforce and this allows us to mine the data directly from Outlook and put critical connections together effortlessly.

There's really nothing I dislike.  I would like to see us use more of the features like updating and creating contacts in Salesforce directly.

Our use of Salesforce is to track business contacts and sales opportunities.  Given that our sales team is really also our service delivery team, it's very difficult to compel our team to continuously add and update contact information.  We also do not have all of our organization in Salesforce using it, so this is a way for us to mine that contact data and put it where it's needed without requiring a single employee to maintain it.

**What do you like best about Introhive?**

Introhive is s great solution for the whole team. 

It helps us to discover relationships across our team as well as automating almost the whole process. We have found new business from existing intercompany relationships and it has helped us maintain and nurture those relationships. The time that I have to allocate daily to admin has gone down significantly since we implemented Introhive.
I have seen other products in the past that offer time-saving automations. However, I have never used one that does it this well.

The platform is super easy to use and integrates seamlessly into our systems that we already have in place. It looks clean and simple, and is really easy to pick up.  Users have found that they can jump right back into it when they haven't used it for a while.

**What do you dislike about Introhive?**

There is nothing I dislike; it has everything we need to do the job we need it to do! There are multiple ways in which we use the product, including built into outlook and salesforce. When we onboarded, there were a few things that the team needed training with,  but the Introhive team quickly showed us the correct way to be doing something, and this has even improved the whole process.

We wish that we had the tool sooner, as it has been saving everyone time from the beginning of the implementation.

To go for it! You will see a return from the product quickly, saving time and showing real value.

The implementation process is super straight forward and the team at Introhive will make sure that you are using the system to the best of its ability. Giving tips and tricks to make sure that the process is as easy as possible.

For me, it is a simple solution to nurturing the essential relationships which are central to my position. Vital conversations between people I speak to were not showing on our CRM. At our company we also use Introhive to look at who knows who in an organisation. This gives us insight on who should be speaking to key people within our clients, this is something that would have taken us a lot of time to figure out in the past. We have been able to use this information to streamline our process and to make sure that we are working as efficeintly as possible.

Time coach.  Gives us some great insight into sales productivity.  Unfortunately, it is not self-service and requires support from the Introhive team to configure.

Reporting could be better.  The relationship score is a bit cryptic.   It would be even better if you could sort and report on accounts that need more interaction.

**What do you like best about Introhive?**

Introhive is helping us to uncover hidden relationships in a fully automated way. It painlessly captures contact information without any manual data entry, but more importantly, shows the relationship strength, which was previously largely unknown to us. It also makes synchronising the information over to CRM really easy. But the best part of our experience with Introhive has been the service we've received - from the initial sales demo, through the onboarding and training process, and now from our customer success manager and the support team. Nothing is too much trouble, and no question too difficult to answer. The team at Introhive have been a real pleasure to deal with every step of the way.

**What do you dislike about Introhive?**

The AI sometimes struggles to make sense of names, for example where a client has a surname with a suffix of Van or De. This is fine if you're just viewing information from the Hive or in the pre-meeting digests, but it can cause problems when the information is synced through to CRM.

**What problems is Introhive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Introhive helps us to surface client information in a way that hasn't really been possible for us before. This is most useful when our teams are preparing to pitch or to meet with a client. It's allowed us to easily see our client relationships right across our international network.

Accuracy is questionable. More than a few time it tried to link a contact to a linkedin profile that was definitely not correct. Attorneys had us turn off the regular digests because it was just more noise in their inboxes.

I am generally good at keeping my admin up to date; this is something that I used to have to put time aside each day to do before Upper Sigma implemented Introhive. 
The time that I had to allocate daily to admin has gone down by 30 - 60 minutes since we implemented Introhive.

It takes tasks like account and contact creation and does them for me; even more importantly, it is accurate.

I have used other products in the past that offer time saving however not seen or used one that does it this well and passively.
Our sales team use Introhive and love it.

The fact that we didn't get it sooner. In all honesty, I can't think of anything that I dislike about the product and how it works for me in my position. When we onboarded, there were a few things that I was unsure of, but the team quickly showed me the correct way to be doing something, and this has even improved my way of working.

The time savings alone have made a huge difference to the way that I work. I can't recommend Introhive highly enough.

I also really like the impersonate user capability from an admin pov it makes it easier to help with queries

I think there could be improvements in the cleanse and merge capability - I think from our side there were expectations it would be automated into Dynamics (as in we didn't need to authorise/accept the changes)

The fact that IntroHive insight allows us to have a "living" CRM, where information about real-world relationships and connections is accessible and actionable, adds significant value to what would otherwise be a "stale" set of data.

Under our current scoring model, it's difficult to determine how to accurately gauge a relationship (i.e. HOT vs. COLD). Also, too many identified contacts are still without job titles, which makes it less likely we want to sync them to our system. I would like to see an improvement there.

We have solved the problem of the perception of our CRM system internally. Initially, it was viewed as "an administrative tool" that had no clear purpose or added value.  The benefit has been increased usage of the system overall, as well as better data.

Introhive is excellent, it greatly facilitates new prospecting for new customers. It's easy to use and easy to understand. It's great to know who you exchange emails and have meetings with as long as it's synchronized with your corporate email. I think it's an essential tool.

Our company is currently in a pilot mode of this tool.  It integrated nicely with Microsoft CRM for all our external client interactions like tasks, emails, meetings.  It saves me hours weekly, and our sales management team can see how we are interacting with our clients and prospects.

There is little opportunity for a client to modify the language entered into CRM.  If the Introhive team could allow some custom interface that would be a game-changer.  Besides that, the tool has been a great addition.

This tool has removed the tedious task of manually entering new contacts and tasks into our CRM package allowing me to utilize my time to generate revenue.   The research portion of Introhive has made me a more intelligent salesperson so that I can be a leader during client calls.

The Introhive user interface is simple and does not require a ton of training which is typically a huge barrier to adoption for our organization. One of the main reasons we chose Intorhive over other technology solutions is because of how simple it is to use.

**What do you dislike about Introhive?**

It is a challenge to sync contact data to the correct account in Salesforce. Accounts in our Salesforce org are unique per location, and therefore, many accounts have the same name but have a different city. We aren't using the entire suite of Introhive's applications that may help us pull location information, and matching contacts to their corresponding organization at the correctly assigned location has been one of the most significant pain points for us. However, the benefit of actually gathering the contact information in the first place from our end users outweighs the cost of having to reassociate them to the correct account regularly.

**What problems is Introhive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

End users are mainly using Introhive to sync contact data from their Outlook inbox into Salesforce. It is also a great way to audit contact data when comparing unsynced contacts to Salesforce reports making sure ongoing business relationships are up to date. Because Introhive provides insight into business relationships, it is essential to make sure that the application aligns with your organization's current culture and that the business relationship sharing method is clear before implementation.
