**What do you like best about interviewing.io?**

Allows to evaluate candidates or yourself on coding skills and problem-solving abilities. 

If used to interview real candidates, its anonymity feature can help reduce bias by hiding the candidate's information 

User-friendly and easy to navigate, with a variety of features designed to make the interview process as smooth as possible for both the interviewer and the candidate.

Can simulate interviewer from the top-tier companies, for mock interviews

**What do you dislike about interviewing.io?**

Interview templates and question sets are pre-designed and do not allow for much customization. 

The pricing structure can be a barrier and should offer different models, esp suited for startups.

**What problems is interviewing.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For coders/engineers, it offers a unique playground to practice and learn interview skills while working with seniors in the industry.

For corporates, it offers a unique, standard, and a bias-free way to evaluate on software engineering skills

Great for practicing before actual interviews.

**What do you dislike about interviewing.io?**

Theres nothing that I don't like about the platform so far.

**What problems is interviewing.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a great platform to practice for interviews and on top of that, if you do well on an interview, you can always unmask and move forward to an onsite which is awesome.
