"Expertise with development of geolocation platform"

Describe the project or task the provider helped with:

Our company provides a mobile platform that helps users ensure the safety of their family members with. As we passed the milestone of 1.5 million users, our company needed to ensure further growth does not affect platform’s performance. At the time, we were seeing a 25–30% growth in new users monthly, generating around 2.5 million data points daily. We grew from a startup to enterprise level and needed a full-fledged enterprise platform that would scale and keep up with our dev demand.

We turned to Intellectsoft to build a robust, high-performance backend system with quick response time and comprehensive data management functionality. Intellectsoft created a cached MongoDB database, and now our white label platform can handle twice as many users without performance issues. The average response time dropped from two to three seconds to one second at all times. The structure is transparent and scalable, and we also can add more servers easily. What do you like best?

Intellectsoft was able to allocate the right experts for our project quickly. We sat down and discussed all the possible options as they explained the upsides and downsides of each idea and structure we considered. We also liked Intellectsoft’s development process. We have a reliable platform that supports continuous growth for our company without affecting our users' experience with our apps. We do not have to worry about breakdowns and growth spikes, as what Intellectsoft created can keep up with our strategic business goals and growing user demand. "Quick-Witted Team That Ticked All Boxes"

Our platform empowers marketing and SEO experts with a set of useful tools that assist them in their work. The challenge was to move our extensive SEO tool set from a web interface to mobile app without affecting the UI/UX our users have grown to enjoy. Ultimately, we needed an end-to-end mobile SEO platform with a wide range of SEO tools and additional features for webmasters, marketing teams, and agencies. We were really with the speed of the project set-ups and professionalism of the team, as they analysed and understood our requirements really fast. The mobile application looked and felt like a natural extension of our web experience, which was exactly what we needed. On SE Ranking side I was playing a role of a business analyst, since I understand very well the product and its goals. "Really enjoyed working with an effective in-house team"

Our goal was to build a unique customer communication platform with an exceptional UX. It required to include a number of tools for different communication channels, and switching between them had to be seamless for our users. Reliability was a top priority, of course. Nothing to dislike actually. We were fully satisfied with the Intellectsoft’s work and their overall input. We provide our clients with reliable and easy-to-use tools that help them communicate with their customers across different channels (chat email etc.). From the very beginning we had a clear vision of the end product, however at that point we required some help on the technical part, like choosing the right technology stack, high-level system architecture, finalizing features list for our MVP, etc. For now, as we have grown from the initial idea to the fully-functional business, we are glad to hear that our clients are extremely happy with the platform.
