
The layout is very user-friendly. The support team responds quickly, resolves issues efficiently, and even reaches out proactively to make sure any other questions get answered. I’ve run into several licensing issues that I wasn’t sure how to solve, and Sai at InsureTrek almost always has an answer—or knows how to track down the right solution. It’s saved me a lot of time that I would otherwise spend figuring out who to contact about these technical questions.
I’ve also appreciated how much easier it’s made our application process. When you have to track so many licenses for 30+ agents, it’s a huge help to have one place that not only keeps everything organized, but also makes renewals and date tracking feel as simple as the push of a button.
We've had almost no performance issues, but when things inevitably break, their team is always quick to fix the issue, and complete the task we had initially set out to do.
Additionally, its saved us so much time in the actual application process. The cost is minimal compared to the time it used to take going into Sircon and checking box after box, manually importing licenses numbers, and tracking expiration dates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
