**What do you like best about Insurance Noodle?**

Changes to the insurance industry at the tech level mean frequent updates, and it is good to know Noodle manages updates and security without trying to reinvent the wheel with its interface every few months.

**What do you dislike about Insurance Noodle?**

It is hard to use if you are not familiar with insurance software or are new to the industry.

**Recommendations to others considering Insurance Noodle:**

Make sure to take time implementing it at any company. Individual consultants should be fine as soon as they get started.

One of the most challenging issues with any software rollout is getting inexperienced users to figure out the new methods and goals. We had plenty of help from Noodle's customer service, with live chatting and a whole host of tutorials to get set up. 

**What problems is Insurance Noodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking the insurance needs of business clients with Noodle helps me meet their needs while keeping costs below what traditional insurance agents charge.

Good when it first started out by entrepreneurs

Worst service ever, super rude, turn around times are the worst in the industry, and very unprofessional.

Stay away

Had some confusion on the binding process and who to send the additional information that was requested.
