**Describe the project or task InstaStaff helped with:**

I am the CFO of a nurse staffing firm and we were looking for a software that could handle everything from onboarding, application, booking, and payment.  This changed our traditional agency to a tech enabled agency.

**What do you like best about InstaStaff?**

As the CFO, I like that our margins increased.  This was due to the may efficiencies that were created.  We reduced administrative staff and were able to focus more on growing and expanding.

**What do you dislike about InstaStaff?**

Nothing at this point.  Every part of the software has helped our company.

**What problems is InstaStaff solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Along with the efficiencies, this has become an employee retention tool.  The nurses like being able to control their availability with an app.  Finding an open shift is easy now, and they are not bothered by constant calls, emails, and texts in order to find an open shift.
