Although Instantly compensated by providing new accounts, this disruption was problematic, and I hope it doesn't happen again. Furthermore, customer support was not very responsive until recently. About one or two months ago, the support team didn't respond promptly, leaving my questions unanswered for days, which was frustrating. By sending an impressive volume of 1 million emails monthly, Instantly facilitates efficient lead generation which we then convert through sales calls managed using Instantly's Unibox feature. This process greatly enhances our revenue. The email warmup feature has notably improved deliverability, and the email sequencing capability allows for automated mass emailing, which would be unfeasible manually. Well, everything works good for me apart from lead sourcing. The database and lead verification credits are in one big credit system. It would be nice if they were separated.
