Although the basic package of Instabot offers great value, I wish it included a feature to remove the "powered by" message and upload our own icons for the chatbot.

Our goal is to minimize the number of calls made to the contact center and control the size of our monthly active users who are utilizing the chatbot. We found that Instabot was instrumental in achieving these goals, thanks to its user detection feature, which allowed us to focus our attention on those who needed it the most.

**What do you like best about Instabot?**

It is a pretty powerful platform that solved a real bot issue for our firm.

**What do you dislike about Instabot?**

They don't hold to promises they made.  We were early adopters and they sold us an unlimited bot package that turns out isn't actually unlimited.  They recently dramatically raised our price as our very large number of bots on our "unlimited" bot plan was creating a load on their backend that wasn't sustainable and had to change.  We understood the technology challenges, but it felt very unfair to ask us to pay 2-3X what we had been originally sold because they didn't price things right from the start.

Creating unique bots for each of our clients profiles on our website.

**What do you like best about Instabot?**

What I like best about this is that it's totally awesome and easy to set up and use, where persons would normally call a company in just to get an issue solved the bot is able to assist the person as YouTube videos can be added there and that's super cool.

What I dislike about this bot is that though it may have all the awesome features of being able to assist an individual with an issue it can lack the human appeal that most people want and that to me is a little setback.

I would recommend this application to anyone because it helps a lot especially in getting information to an individual fast.

The problem that this application is solving is that of being able to assist customers who have issues that can be fixed with just a few steps allowing the customers who have critical issues to call into a line that's not busy.

**What do you like best about Instabot?**

As a sales and marketing consultant I have had the opportunity to work with various Chat and ChatBot platforms. I find Instabot an excellent tool to complement a whole lead generation ecosystem. It is easy to understand, with a very logical and friendly user interface but at the same time very powerful and I have allowed myself to model all the conversations that we need in our lead generation strategy. Likewise, we have been able to integrate Instabot with ActiveCampaign, which is one of the Marketing Automation tools that we use in our projects, thus achieving an integrated flow to operate our marketing and sales funnels.

**What do you dislike about Instabot?**

It would be nice to have some improvements in internationalization such as the possibility of having some phrases and messages that are displayed in the chat window translated into other languages and the management of additional time zones.

**What problems is Instabot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As part of a lead generation strategy, we have built an ecosystem made up of various tools within which a chatbot is essential to increase the conversion rates of interested parties to qualified contacts. In a short time we have seen that the conversion goals have increased using Instabot, since it has allowed us in an agile way to optimize the conversation flows and generate a much more personalized conversational marketing aimed at the audiences we want to captivate. Likewise, by being able to integrate it with other platforms such as ActiveCampaign, it helps us streamline workflows in our demand generation team.

Dev docs are a bit on the simple side in terms of integrating into modern JS frameworks where external scripts are loaded by config as src .js only.

**What do you like best about Instabot?**

I don't know where to start, there are so many reasons why I am an Instabot customer. I love how easy to use the tool is, very user-friendly. They have great support, very responsive customer service. This is of course if I can't find the answer in their many support resources and documentation. The price is great for small businesses. Has everything we need in a chatbot and I don't have to pay an arm and a leg for tools like Drift and Intercom, who I initially looked at. I like the ability to use different scripts for different pages, for multiple websites and get notifications for different goals. Truly perfect!

Cannot find anything to add, I love Instabot!

**What problems is Instabot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are improving the user experience for our website visitors by giving them the ability to fill out an easy chatbot versus calling, emailing or filling out a contact form. We also get to ask pre-qualify leads ahead of time and save our sales reps the work of asking some questions.

Request the demos so that you can optimize your chatbot. Also, I would like to recommend not to be very agressive with the chatbot. Allow the users to willingly interact with it, without making it pop up on every page.

I am using Instabot as a lead generation tool. The main benefit of Instabot is that it is very user friendly and our visitors are more willing to interact with the chatbot than with a questionnaire

The thing I like best about Instabot is how user-friendly it is when it comes to designing the chatbot workflows. I also like its integration with Zapier.

I wish the lowest subscription level were a little cheaper.

We're using it to increase newsletter signups and answer common questions about our products. Our users have been very engaged and we've been able to grow our email subscriber list. We're also saving our customer services reps time and increasing the leads we receive from our website by being able to easily answer common questions. This prevents the person from leaving without taking action and creates a great user experience.

Instabot has been wonderful to work with, especially with the humans who help run it!

Super easy to install and update. We were assisted in the set up process and were given a lengthy demo of the product before we signed up.

Really like the look and feel of the chat window itself. Adding nodes and actions is super easy.

Nothing  comes to mind! Truly the team at Instabot has been a pleasure to work with. Despite the challenges of living in a pandemic, the team at Instabot have been professional and easy to work with.

Easy to keep up with client questions, customers now get instant replies. We are especially happy with 24/7 response for customers. As we get more traffic it will be easy to scale up support with the AI capabilities to adapt. For basic FAQ this is a wonderful way to answer client questions,  because most visitors to our website would rather ask a simple question than read through a long FAQ section. We look forward to integrating AI on Facebook and other platforms over the coming months as our company grows.

I the UI customization. the business flows , the option to go live vs a person in the website.
we have many visitors in our website and the conversation rate was low. we look for ways to increase the conversation to lead and we think this bot will help us to achieve this.

it's too expensive, you need to pay lots of money before you know if it works.
the basic plan doesn't include logo nor title nor live chat 
we think this should be included in the basic plan

Initially, on a free trial, I built a bot easily and integrated ith with our chosen CRM and marketing automation platform. A robust platform with great features and the team were very helpful. Recommended.

It has a fairly simple and easy-to-use interface, the fact that it is easy to configure is perfect for me to program my bot based on the frequently asked questions that clients usually ask, the fact that it can be integrated so easily with my website It is a great point in its favor, since I do not need to perform complex functions and configurations to achieve this task, the precision with which it interprets the questions and requests of the user before giving an answer is very good, which guarantees that the bot responds what the customer is really asking, your customer service is of great help when helping me with any problem or concern that arises while using this application.

**What do you dislike about Instabot?**

None, despite having little time using this application I have not achieved anything in this regard that makes me think that its operation is inefficient or impractical, which was a surprise to me since I was reluctant to use this type of tool on my website because they seemed to me to handle my clients in a very impersonal way.

It has been a great help to me to improve my customer service team in a simple, easy, fast and secure way in a first stage, since after installing and configuring Instabot on my website I have managed to reduce 60% of The assistance cases that came to me through this application, since most of the questions that came to me were common and with solutions that did not require the attention of a specialized agent for their resolution.

I was able to create a chatbot and integrate with zapier easily. The customer service support was great. I was able to deploy the chatbot within 2 weeks of usage.

None. There are nothing that I disklike.

I was trying to use instabot to provide my members with the following service 
1) check their donation
2) check their personal information 
3) give their monthly contribution

And I was able to deploy all the 5 features within 2 months.

Until we implemented Instabot there was a gap in meeting our client's needs.  Our website is the primary way our clients find us and it is critical that they get the information they are looking for as soon as possible.  Instabot is an  efficient tier-1 solution for interacting with prospective clients in a professional way and allows us the ability to respond 24/7 with key company service options.  Not only can we engage our clients immediately but we can build out our CRM in doing so.  Huge value add to our website for both clients and our company team members.

I deal with hundreds of IT products and I am really impressed with Instabot. Amazingly easy to setup our first bot with no previous experience. One week free trial with no credit card required. No steep learning curve. Instant deployment to our website with a snippet of code. I don't hesitate to recommend good products and this is certainly one. Also great support. Buy with confidence.

I have to write something here but I honestly have no complaints. I suggested a feature for predefined agent phrases bu they explained an even better way.

**What do you like best about Instabot?**

I loved how easy it was to setup the chatbot and manage the workflow.  Systems like this can get complicated and Instabot made it easy to create a message tree that performed well.  I also like the performance of the Instabot itself from how long it takes to pretend to write a message to its ability to learn your clients primary questions and/or direct them to a sales representative.  I love how we helpful Instabot is in converting our website traffic into sales calls while collecting visitors names and emails.  I like how responsive their support team is as well.  Instabot also helped setup our chatbot and saved us time from having to do everything ourselves.

**What do you dislike about Instabot?**

I didn't like the fact that in the live chat window it wouldn't automatically refresh, so I had to continually refresh the browser to see when someone was interacting with my chatbot.  I also didn't like the fact that there was no notification sound.  I troubleshot with the support team and they were helpful, but we could not resolve the issue after switching multiple browsers and trying a variety of fixes.  Additionally, their mobile app notifications are subpar as well as there is no sound when someone messages you, so many opportunities can be lost.

**Recommendations to others considering Instabot:**

Give it a try.  They have a 2 week trial and they help setup your chatbot, so there's really no harm in doing so.

**What problems is Instabot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's great to be able to educate visitors that land on our website in a new and fresh way.  The primary issue is getting website visitors into our sales funnel and Instabot does a great job of validating hot leads by pushing them to schedule a phone call with our team.  The primary benefit is being able to interact with more people which gives us more opportunity to get them on the phone and sell them our service where we are at our best.  We also are able to collect emails, client names, and follow up the day after if they didn't go fully through with the scheduling of a call.

Trying to automate the chat process and generate the leads through Instabot. We're seeing some good inflow of leads with Instabot.

Additionally, we wanted to show personalized chatbots on different types of pages and Instabot provided with the exact option.

**What do you like best about Instabot?**

Highly impressed with how simple yet powerful Instabot platform is. I did a hands-on a lot of other chatbot platforms before finalizing Instabot and found Instabot to be really effective and easy-to-use. The UX for setting up a bot is straightforward and provides many options. My bot was ready within minutes. Also, the team was very helpful and answered all our queries.

No major complains. Yet to test the ilve chat and CSS feature.

I'm very impressed with how robust & powerful Instabot is. It's able to do everything I've wanted it to do (some of which I thought were pretty obscure & strange asks), and it's pretty intuitive and easy to set up.

**What do you dislike about Instabot?**

Honestly, nothing. I guess I wish it was a little cheaper, but $49/month for the functionality it has is pretty affordable.

Answering people's questions (Q&A bot) and talking people through an "interview" type process to gather information about their site.

**What do you like best about Instabot?**

We were using Intercom before, and although it had lots of integrations, it lacked simple basic features. Instabot is much more intuitive and simple. The UX for setting up a bot is straightforward and provides many options. It's weird, but other providers don't give you the simple option of setting up nodes with multiple questions with the option to the user of responding to multiple options at once, for data colecting purposes. Instabot was the first one we found that gave us this option. 

Also, their data collection page is incredible and provides a lot of valuable input. Customer service went above and beyond to explain to us how to take better advantage of the tools, and when we had an integration issue, they responded quickly and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Instabot?**

I'd like to see the option to add gifs to the bot messages. It'd be great to see more integrations with other apps as well.

**Recommendations to others considering Instabot:**

If you're looking for a bot provider that allows you to collect payments, schedule appointments and collect valuable data and make an easy and straightorward setup, then look no further. Pricing is also very reasonable!

I'm using Instabot to connect travelers with locals, scheduling and collecting payments.

The bot works really well, potential clients really respond to it.
Conversions increased with this bot because it took over live chats that our agents dropped.\
Support team is active and implements bug fixes.

Initially started off with a poor experience and the development team has fixed up our major issues. Glad we didn't leave.

The chatbot platform works as promised. It is simple enough to create powerful chatbots including meeting scheduling. Combined with Zapier you can create really enterprise-grade services. Their support is responsive and they can fix bugs quickly.

There are some features missing but I think they will continue adding them.

Integrate with Zapier. You don't need all the fancy connectors.

**What do you like best about Instabot?**

Onboarding was great and comprehensive. They setup a bot for me which was a huge time saver since I didn't know the platform yet. The product is perfect if you just need a chat bot that works well, has great features, and good integration options. It isn't trying to be anything else than a great bot product. I tried Drift but it was way more than I needed and way more expensive for where we are with bots and our marketing overall.

Could use some minor feature polish here and there but overall I don't have any major complaints.

One market we serve is difficult to reach so we end up with a good amount of "off target" visitors. Instabot takes the load off of having to qualify visitors with a human. We get a lot less "off target" leads now.

Instabot has the features and flexibility to create real solutions beyond just an auto-responder for your website or social page. I've been using Instabot's chatbot to walk users through a checkout flow, and I haven't even delved into all the integrations that are possible. 

**What do you dislike about Instabot?**

Although it's possible to customize the CSS, there are some limitations, and (as far as I know) changes can't be previewed without uploading a new css first.

**What problems is Instabot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our goal is to create a better user experience. We're in development right now, so I can't speak to the benefits realized, but we hope that will be a high adoption rate of our product and increased conversions.

The intuitive design for the bot designer makes it very easy to get a bot up and running. The support I've gotten from the sales team and tech team has been phenomenal. Another major advantage is pricing. Instabot offers a lot of the services that more expensive venders add in for a cost. The script node offers a lot of customizable power in the bot.

**What do you dislike about Instabot?**

There are a few features missing from the bot that I would like to see added such as a queue for current live chat requests and easier testing of the bot. I have spoken with the tech team and they have informed me that these are common requests and are on the feedback table to be added.

Take advantage of the support team! They are incredibly helpful and knowledgable on their product.

We wanted to lower call volume by allowing the users to search for the questions they had on a bot. We realized we could use this bot to directly interface with our backend APIs and application to allow us to add in more actions for the user to control exactly what they are doing on the page.

Instabot’s interface is very easy to use, so developing our first chatbot wasn’t difficult. The customer service is exceptional, as the Instabot team is always able to quickly resolve any questions or issues we had! They actually helped us create the logic for part of our bot, and have been of great help.
As well, their documentation and technical guides are incredibly detailed and helpful when we wanted to include different features in our bot, such as integrating Google Dialog Flow.

**What do you dislike about Instabot?**

Nothing about the product itself, but the documentation could be expanded a bit more. For example, would love to see a breakdown on how some of the stats are calculated, and definitions of some of the terms used.

Instabot is intuitive, seamless, and cost-effective.  I have doubled my leads since switching to Instabot.  I used two different website live chat services for 3+ years prior to using Instabot.  I used to spend $4000 a month on live chat leads.  I know spend $500 a month and get twice as many leads.

The only thing I dislike about Instabot is not trying to sooner.

**What do you like best about Instabot?**

A client of ours wanted a conversational chatbot solution that would help them convert leads. During the build of the prototype I tried several chatbot solutions of which none had such an great UI to configure all the questions. It's fast, responsive and you can re-use parts of the chatbot easily. As our client will maintain and configure the chatbot themselves they also tried out the admin interface and to my surprise it was also a breeze for them to work with.

On top of the above the support team of Instabot was always available to answer questions, even questions that were really specific to our use case.

Featurewise the bot is rich, the only thing that it does not do is NLP, but this is easily integrated by using Dialogflow or any other NLP service of your choice.

**What do you dislike about Instabot?**

The only feature that I've seen in some other chatbots, but not at Instabot, is the ability to configure how long the bot will take to answer. I think for some conversational flows it could make sense to deviate from the current speed at which a chatbot replies. This can improve the "humanness" of the bot itself. But I think this is just the cherry on the cake :)

We're aiming to help users with their questions around civil law and the goal is to convert leads to actual customers by gathering the required information via a chatbot session.
