**What do you like best about Insta HMS?**

The team at InstaPracto are so bad that it makes any positive irrelevant.

**What do you dislike about Insta HMS?**

Their sales team ghost you once you make the purchase, they treat you terribly as a customer, and they affect your bottom line.

**What problems is Insta HMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are not solving anything, as they take your money upfront and then ignore you.

**What do you like best about Insta HMS?**

Insta HMS is great for patient management. All of their information is logged on to here and it really helps everyone stay organized and know exactly what is going on with the patient.

**What do you dislike about Insta HMS?**

It is a little bit expensive and it took a little bit of time to learn how to use. 

**Recommendations to others considering Insta HMS:**

Take the time to read how to use it instead of trying to teach yourself. 

**What problems is Insta HMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This really cut back the use of paper as well as confusion that may have existed when different doctors would see different patients.
