I like that it keeps my accounts organized and organizes them by stage to keep myself and the client engaged. With the amount of accounts I work with, having a system like this makes my day-to-day smoother and prioritizes them with the most important ones first that need to be handled. I'm not always sure how the system works to load your leads in. Sometimes you get caught up in leads you've already called multiple times. It is almost like it likes a certain number of leads and wants to keep feeding them to you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As part of my organization's pilot program integrating Playbooks into our everyday work flow was a bit challenging but our team worked with Xant to make sure everything is ready to launch. Playbooks itself offers lots of customization and allows for a more efficient way to manage my day to day business and stay in better communication with clients! I think rolling it out to our entire organization will require more time. I think it'd be helpful if all managers had access to a sort of sandbox to help with reps training. I've worked in sales for about 2 years now and this is my first job where I've had the opportunity to utilize Xant. I can't believe I went two years without it. The playbooks are so simple and easy to use since they're automated, I don't have to think about my day because Xant organizes it for me, and I don't have to handcraft every email because Xant tells me what to say. I like Playbook because it helps me keep my daily calls organized. Perhaps the most valuable feature to me is the ability to create separate plays for a group of accounts depending on a specific objective or characteristic. Plays not only help me with following a pre-established mix of calls & emails cadence but also eliminate the risk that some clients get neglected for too long or that I fail to follow up. I cover a rather large area with thousands of clients and I believe these features of Playbook have helped increase my ability to manage the accounts successfully. There is nothing that I really dislike in playbook as I think it is a very well thought application. If I really must think of a downside perhaps that would be the emails. It is not as easy to write and send emails from Playbook as it is from Outlook but I guess that is a relatively small price to pay in turn of keeping calls and emails all together organized. When I have accounts that I know are future cancels, but you can't permanently remove them from your tasks/plays until they are canceled in Salesforce I believe... so I have to continue to skip/pause until I cancel the account in Salesforce. These situations make it appear that I have a ton of accounts enrolled that I haven't touched or worked, and an excessive amount of unnecessary enrolled accounts....which creates heavy workload.
