InsideOut Dev. is a great coaching model that provides resources for both inside and outside work to help others align and reach goals faster.

**What do you like best about InsideOut Development?**

I enjoy the simplicity of getting certified to train and apply the coaching methodology.

**What do you dislike about InsideOut Development?**

InsideOut could provide more digital resources like editable PDFs vs. paper packets as we're all in a remote working world.

**Recommendations to others considering InsideOut Development:**

Please work with your account manager like a friend; they are great partners.

**What problems is InsideOut Development solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping others overcome a roadblock, remove interference, align goals, and have difficult conversations.

Used InsideOut development for a GROW coaching seminar for our sales staff. This was highly recommended by our peer firm to motivate sales staff.

**What do you like best about InsideOut Development?**

This is a novel approach to motivate sales staff, using the GROW concept pioneered by Alan Fine, their Director of coaching. Seems to be well received by sales staff.

**What do you dislike about InsideOut Development?**

They are located in the mid-west, so need to schedule well in advance, to arrive at mutually aggreeable dates.

**Recommendations to others considering InsideOut Development:**

Highly recommend if you have sales teams
