"Expansive and Intuitive LMS"

What do you like best about Learn by HireRoad?

As you might have inferred from the title of the review, Inquisiq offers one of the most expansive and intuitive LMS platforms on the market. There are plenty of options for developing courses, managing student records, and integrating with third-party software/services.

Best of all, all of the reporting options make compliance a breeze and when something is not readily available, they have an excellent support team to help you meet the goals of your organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Learn by HireRoad?

The initial interface can be very spartan - if this is your first LMS deployment, you might need someone on your team that can help you navigate and get you started. Unlike some of their larger competitors, there aren't many out-of-the-box options to help get you started.

Some integrations are easier than others and can ultimately mean spending additional in development costs. Other items are simply not available and this can create the need for workflow adjustments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Learn by HireRoad:

I strongly recommend you do your research and take the time to ask yourself what are must-haves, nice-to-haves, and determine how much support you will need to get started. If you're coming from another solution, you might already have the resources in place to make the transition seamless. If you're new to the world on LMS, be prepared for a considerable learning curve - if you're not built to take on these challenges, you may want to consider a platform with more out-of-the-box tools and fewer customization options. What problems is Learn by HireRoad solving and how is that benefiting you?

When COVID-19 stopped the world, we had to pivot from only being a brick-and-mortar training provider to one that can reliable meet the challenges of the new world. Inquisiq has been a vital lifeline as we've developed both distance learning and fully online training options for our customers.

Thanks to the development team, we've been able to implement a solution that not only meets our business needs but the compliance requirements in our industry. The sales rep, April, flat out lied during the trial period. April told me some courses from Tooling U came with purchase of the LMS. I didn't find out until after implementation that this was not true. Inquisiq apologized, but no reparations were made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I does seem to be easy for the employees to use. This is good to free up our supervisors and allow the team to up skill in their own time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive and functional LMS that delivers quality for its price"

What do you like best about Learn by HireRoad?

Setting up the LMS was easy and quick. I've used other LMS platforms in the past that were quite a bit steeper on the learning-curve for similar performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Learn by HireRoad?

If you're looking for a feature-rich and all-encompassing LMS, this may not be the right option for you. If you're looking for an easy-to-use and functional LMS, this has fit the bill for what we need; it's lacking some "bells and whistles" but I haven't found our organization needs them. Recommendations to others considering Learn by HireRoad:

Confirm your user requirements for the business before considering some of the higher priced options. I loved Cornerstone but the price for what our business needed didn't make sense. I'm happy to be using Inquisiq as a partner instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Users are unable to add shipping details when purchasing Regulations from Catalog. Unable to upload multiple ccorm files in one session. Must be done individually which can be time consuming if there are multiple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
