April told me some courses from Tooling U came with purchase of the LMS. I didn't find out until after implementation that this was not true. Inquisiq apologized, but no reparations were made. **Recommendations to others considering Learn by HireRoad:** I does seem to be easy for the employees to use. This is good to free up our supervisors and allow the team to up skill in their own time. **What problems is Learn by HireRoad solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. Unable to upload multiple ccorm files in one session. Must be done individually which can be time consuming if there are multiple. **What problems is Learn by HireRoad solving and how is that benefiting you?** Online Training outlet for our customers to train remotely which we didn't have before. ### 4.
