I like how quickly we can get help and assistance with Inova Payroll. We have a dedicated customer relations person who really knows the software and helps us out quickly. There's no nickel and diming; we pay for the service and know exactly what we're going to get without a bunch of upselling or anything like that. The initial setup wasn't too bad, and they did a really good job of walking us through it. It was actually a much easier process than I've had with a number of other softwares. We are extremely satisfied with Inova’s service and recently signed a new contract to include Compensation Management, Benefits, Recruitment, Leave Management, and multiple EDI file feed integrations (including 401(k), COBRA link, Time & Attendance implementation, HSA/FSA, etc.). We are also excited to adopt their new AI feature in the near future.

Currently, there is nothing we dislike about Inova Payroll. In the past, we experienced some service-related issues; however, Inova was quick to address these concerns by aligning us with a highly qualified account manager. I use Inova Payroll for my bagel shop, and they handle my weekly payroll and keep everything up to date. They take care of direct deposits and getting checks to all of our employees, and they also did our W-2, making paying our employees easy. I like that they send me reminders every Sunday or Monday morning, and my representative, Joshua, is quick to help whenever I have questions. It's easy to stay on top of what needs to be done with them on my team, and my partner appreciates that I don't have to spend so much time since I'm able to get payroll completed so fast. I really enjoyed having access to a well-trained, knowledgeable, and helpful representative. She has gone above and beyond to help me learn to navigate Inova Payroll. I rely on the product's consistency, which gives me confidence that the payroll is processed correctly. I use the payroll PST report with each payroll, which assists me in creating the JE for entry into my accounting software to report payroll liability and expense items. I also value the fact that Inova sends SIMPLE IRA EE contributions directly to our third-party administrator, relieving me from handling funds transfers each payroll. As a new user, I found that navigation was not as intuitive as I felt like it should be. Many of the commands are "disguised" as icons or embedded on a page that doesn't feel very user-friendly. It has not been easy to do. I think it should be much more friendly and should not require a rep on the other end of the phone. I have used Qbooks payroll for years and did not have the same issues. None of our other tools integrate with Inova. I don't know if integration is available. The previous accountant said it was also difficult to navigate and relied heavily upon our rep to assist. I use Inova Payroll for processing payroll and filing and paying payroll taxes. I love that I don't have to do tax calculations or worry about remitting taxes to the federal and various state governments. The software is very easy to use, but the best part is the responsiveness of the support staff if I have a question or problem. I wish that it was a little more self-service for the employees with tax and deposit information. They are still required to give me their information, which I then enter into the system if they wish to change withholding or deposit accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really appreciate our Strategic Account Executive, Jessica, who consistently goes above and beyond to anticipate and implement solutions to business challenges in the system. FMLA tracking is not a standard feature and some reports are difficult to run or do not have the options to combine or request all data needed, so multiple reports sometimes have to be used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
