"Simple to use web-based software"

What do you like best about InOutBoard?

It's intuitive and straightforward, easy to use. Dashboard gives you a nice amount of information up front. Status Board tells you who is where, which is nice. Basic reporting, messaging & calendar included in software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InOutBoard?

No phone app, so if you forget to 'log out' before you leave your desk, or if you're sick & can't get to your desk, it's difficult to update. You have to log into a supported browser on the phone & navigate from there. A stand alone app for the phone/tablet would be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about InOutBoard?

Can log in online from anywhere. Easy to see where team members are and when they will be back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InOutBoard?

Does not integrate with our workflow or timesheets systems (or at least we do not use it in that fashion) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering InOutBoard:

Consider this a good, basic alternative to the traditional manual in/out boards. Requires internet availability. I believe that they are on the verge of launching a site update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is InOutBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?

Team members can update status and anyone can see if someone is in the office, on vacation, at a client's, etc and when they will be back. Makes it easier to be able to tell when/if they will be back in the office, or if they will be unavailable for a while. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
