**What do you like best about Inntopia?**

The knowledgeableness of our account manager and expertise of everyone on the team. More than worth the cost!

**What do you dislike about Inntopia?**

The length of time it takes to build integrations and resolve any bugs

**What problems is Inntopia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are able for the first time ever able to pull in customer data from all the systems we use and automate messaging based on that data.

**What do you like best about Inntopia?**

The email builder was fairly straightforward and easy to use as well as schedule out email campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Inntopia?**

It became very convoluted with the Acoustic ID login situation after the acquisition and became more difficult to even log in.

**What problems is Inntopia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ease of use for deploying marketing email campaigns and great reporting.
