**What do you like best about Inntopia?**

The email builder was fairly straigtforward and easy to use as well as schedule out email campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Inntopia?**

It became very convoluted with the Acoustic ID login situation after the acquisition and became more difficult to even log in.

**What problems is Inntopia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ease of use for deploying marketing email campaigns and great reporting.
