# Which bot platforms have a genuinely usable no-code builder that a non-technical marketer can set up in a day without reading documentation?

Voiceflow was the first bot builder where I could actually see the whole conversation flow laid out instead of clicking through screen after screen trying to piece it together. Had a basic FAQ bot live the same afternoon I opened it.

How much does the template library matter if your use case is specific? We&#39;re in a niche B2B space and the templates from most of these tools are clearly built for ecommerce. Curious if anyone has found a platform where starting from scratch is actually easier than adapting a template that&#39;s 70% wrong.

The &quot;no-code&quot; promise breaking down once you need something custom is the real test and I&#39;d push any of these during a trial specifically on that. Curious whether others have found a platform where that wall doesn&#39;t show up until genuinely advanced territory rather than moderately custom territory, because that&#39;s the distinction the category comparisons never really answer.
