**What do you like best about Innowork?**

The capability index is a great function that helps management identify individuals readiness for a position or a project. It will give a great view of individual and teams competancy level

**What do you dislike about Innowork?**

I would prefer better graphic design and user interface

**What problems is Innowork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We introduced Innowork as learning and development digitizing solution. Rhe platform capabilities saved a lot of time and effort carried out through the learning cycle such as identifying gaps in skills and individual skills assessments 
It also added a new dimension to assessing individual fitness to position or role

Innowork has a lot of features and allows the solution to be adapted to many use cases. We felt Comfortable setting this up for our organization.

All features are useful and I didn't find any issues.

**Recommendations to others considering Innowork:**

Great product features (very innovative features). Very easy installation and usage. Very Good technical and customer support.

**What problems is Innowork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-Personalized learning
-Automated but accurate competency framework
-Automated Skill Gap Analysis (normally it took 6 months for us to build, but using INNOWORK we are able to see skill gap analysis for our employees in one click)
-Automated TNA
-Effective skill/competency based course recommendation with analytics (why the course recommended)
-Succession planning model is very easy to use and able to track employee's readiness on daily basis
-Able to understand company level capability index and for all employees

all features are very innovative & useful features. I never seen these features from any LMS/LXP providers. It is beyond any LXP available in the market.
