What I appreciated most about Innovative Mentoring Software when I was running a mentoring program was how intentionally it’s designed for the real workflows of mentoring programs. It allowed us to manage applications, track matches, log mentoring hours, document case notes, and measure outcomes all in one place. The mentor portal was especially helpful because mentors could easily enter their activity hours and notes directly from their phone or computer, which kept our records accurate without creating extra work for staff. Like any robust system, there is a learning curve when you first get started because mentoring programs track a lot of data. However, once the structure is in place and staff understand the workflow, the system becomes very intuitive.
