**What do you like best about Inmagic Presto?**

The flexibility and customizations related to the user experience and web portal have been modernized over the years. In addition, the back-end management CMS and related mass import functionality for staff admins, make this a relatively quick system to learn and leverage.

**What do you dislike about Inmagic Presto?**

The software is not ideal for smaller organizations or not-for-profits, as they will have a hard time extracting the system's full potential. The cost is hard to swallow, but large organizations the cost-benefit will swing positive.

**What problems is Inmagic Presto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the organization, there are a lot of manuscripts, organization governing documents, and presentations from conferences, events, and sessions. It's a centralized place to store, catalog, and search documents that external members can access.
