**What do you like best about Peopleware?**

As a Resource Planner, I use Peopleware every day. I looked at a number of WFM platforms before selecting our provider but I found Peopleware's transparency refreshing, with the cost of their fees clearly published on the website, unlike others that want you to contact them for a quote. I also picked them because of the flexibility with the licensing; we are a very seasonal business and our license requirement varies from 25 - 150 and not all platforms are able to accommodate smaller contact centres.

We had guidance at every step of the onboarding process and technical support during live integration to our current CSaaS, an older platform that does not easily communicate with most other software, and through training was provided in addition to the extensive help centre.

The customer service has always been excellent, with any queries or tickets responded to within a matter of hours and any disruptions to service communicated via the status notifications.

From a Resource Planner perspective, Peopleware has given me time back that was previously spent with clunky spreadsheets and rotas in Excel and allowed me to streamline the process. My team are also happier because they have more variety in their day as we can use Peopleware's schedule optimization to break up their working day with different tasks and with shift sequences, individual special requests outside of the contract norms can instantly be added without me having to remember everyone's specific preferences.

**What do you dislike about Peopleware?**

There is a very steep learning curve, particularly in regards to the initial step-up. Once this is in place, if you don't have to make any changes then it's a doddle, but we are regularly revisiting how we optimize our scheduling and responding to an ever changing landscape of different working patterns and hours. I do sometimes find it challenging to amend our set up, even after a year on the platform. However, the team are always to help with any questions I may have.

Some of the platform is a little outdated with clunky navigation and basic UIs, but they are working on overhauling each section to improve performance and modernise the appearance to be more intuitive. I'm sure it won't be long until there is a universal feel to each page.

**What problems is Peopleware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously our workforce management was fully manual, relying on a complex series of spreadsheets and formula that are time consuming to use and are prone to several risks, including corruption, data loss, and human error. We were unable to respond to changes in customer contact behaviours or understand how approving holiday might impact our ability to deliver service levels. With Peopleware, we have the insight to keep the team's days varied while ensuring our customers are receiving the efficient service they expect from us across all channels.

**What do you like best about Peopleware?**

I really like the clean format of Peopleware, which makes it clear and easy to understand. It's great that it's catered to our specific needs. I appreciate that unlike many planning tools that focus more on design, Peopleware keeps things clean and understandable, reducing the chances of mistakes. The customization options are really valuable, allowing us to tailor the tool to our requirements for different units and countries.

**What do you dislike about Peopleware?**

I feel that being able to add planning rules to the availability tool would be great, as well as having the distinction between seats in office versus working from home agents.

Peopleware handles auto-scheduling, intra-day forecasting, and leave approval, making employee planning smooth and efficient.

**What do you like best about Peopleware?**

I have been using Peopleware for approximately 8 years on and off with various companies and when we have the opportunity to get a new WFM system they will always be my first call.  
Firstly the team are amazing, with a very hands-on approach and I know they are busy but they always have the time to help and support.

When it comes to the product, I have implemented this across 3 different companies, all with differing ACD/ticketing systems and have always found it easy to set up and use. 

The greatest thing about Peopleware, is the fact that they listen and improve.  So many legacy systems have no flexibility and are happy to coast on their strong name, and make little to no improvements.  With Peopleware, there is always something in their pipeline to develop and improve and they want the feedback to understand how to do better.

Everything about the system is easy to use and the set up makes sense.  The training is quick but in-depth and  their are a variety of rules to help you set this up how you want to work.

The fact that I can update forecasts and run a schedule in under 30 minutes is amazing.

**What do you dislike about Peopleware?**

There is only maybe 1 thing that was not amazing last time I was using the system, and that was the old reporting suite.  
However, this is another thing that has been on their roadmap and they have recently brought out some amazing dashboards  from the demo they have shared and you can also export the data into PowerBI etc to use as you wish.

Injixo has greatly improved the way our call centre functions, greatly enhancing the efficiency and organisation of our day-to-day operations. Its intuitive interface and user-friendly design make it easy for our team to navigate and fully leverage its features. Teaching others how to use the system couldn't be easier!

Being included in Beta testing of new features and being able to provide feedback and potential changes is a fantastic way to promote collaboration between companies and share thoughts on how best features can be used.

The level of support available when we have questions, issues or need guidance on the best approach is always brilliant and in most cases within 24 hours.

**What do you dislike about Peopleware?**

As a new user, fully understanding the core setup of the platform can be a bit overwhelming but once up and running it doesn't take long to fully understand it.

Real Time Adherence monitoring can often 'stick' and need a manual refresh to show accurate detail.

**What problems is Peopleware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to implement via API our Omni-channel volume (Phones, Tickets and Chat) through the integration with Freshworks has lead to accurate Forecasting and having the right people in the right place at the same time without the need for manual input.

The 2 areas that we like the most about injixo is the Customer Support and the ease of use of the tool.  We use the tool frequently and appreciate the number of features the tool provides. Any time we have questions, our support team is available to help.  They work diligently to provide us the information and help we need.  Additionally, injixo is user friendly and easy to use on a day to day basis.

**What do you like best about Peopleware?**

I find injixo very user friendly when we are rolling out the training for our advisors, its easy for them to pick up. Obviously,  its a little more difficult in the background but I do find it easy to understand whats needed.

Our main problem with injixo is our servers, there are at times connection issues between ours and injixo. So we do find we lose connection with the real-time adherence feed, but is fixed when refreshed

We use injixo for all of our scheduling and annual leave requests - its alot better than our old system of excel rota's and posting on a shared drive. Our annual leave in the past as in a hand written book, and post covid we have alot of home workers and alot more people to rota for. This is alot more streamlined process and easy for them to access for home.

Injixo have a great support team. They get back quickly with any advice or support you might need in ensuring that you are planning as effectively as possible. With a sleek modern interface it is easy to pick up and learn.

**What do you dislike about Peopleware?**

Optimising activites can take a while. It would be better if this could be done faster as you (or other planners) are not able to alter schedules during this time and if doing a couple of months at a time you can be waiting upwards of 15 minutes.

**What problems is Peopleware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Injixo has been very useful in identifying areas that we look to be understaffed and has aided conversations around what days'times we need to recruit for. The 15 minute intervals also let us plan effectively day-to-day work and make changes to schedules where needed.

Injixo is an all rounder WFM Tool. It's a cloud based system that is simple to use for front and back end users.
I have worked with many WFM tools and this one is my favourite, due to it's easy Forcasing fuction, how user friendly it is for the agents and it's simple set up for a skill based system. 
The Injixo team are brillant and are constantly striving to build and make the most out of their functionality

**What do you dislike about Peopleware?**

The only snag i find with this system is the annual leave functionality, easy to approve annual leave, however only admins can cancel. I would also like to be able to put notes in the A/L entitlement.

**What problems is Peopleware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Injixo can easily highlight our staffing vs contacts. This helps us to identify gaps in our headcount/ SLA risks, up-skill training needed, recruitment and shrinkage issues.

**What do you like best about Peopleware?**

Forecasting allows you to run both long term as well as short term forecasts, all data can be exported and the accuracy is the best I've found, having recently reviewed other WFM tools.

Shift centre gives you a complete picture of the day with instant updates on the heat map, as and when you make changes, all changes are auomatically updated, you can have multiple users working in the system, with an audit trail for any changes.

Advisers are able to book holidays 24/7 plus we have adapted our system oto allow them to book in Overtime using their poral.

We've used Injixo for over 8 years and their downtime would amount to less than an hour in all this time, very reliable and comprehensive system.

**What do you dislike about Peopleware?**

Holidays being in prorated time rather than contractual time.

**What problems is Peopleware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run our long term forecast along with our outbound stakeholders volumns to determine our staffing needs for the following year and our recritment team will ensure we have sufficient FTE in place.  We run fixed shifts so we're not able to optimise shifts but we constantly re-run forecasts and engage with advisers should be need to move their shifts.  As we've fixed shifts any "+" resource we'd factor in outbound calls as we're a blended contact centre, to give us our best efficiencies.

Injinxo has transformed the way we work with its smart scheduling system and has allowed for us to gain a true picute of how we can best support our customers via multiple different chanels, whilst reamining user friendly. I have used many WFM systems but you struggle to find one that gives such a level of detail and the ability to look back as well as forward from a forcasting persepective is brilliant. The team at Injixo made the intrigration and training very straight forward and have been a pleasure to work with.

Some features are currently in the midst of being upgrading such as certain UI's but through speaking with the team we know that this is on the way which will only improve the user expereince

Injixo is solving our staffing issues, our forcasting and our futuring resourcing by accurating forcasting demands  accuratly which allows us to better plan for future marketing campaigns and for our expexted growth.

**What do you like best about Peopleware?**

So many features to name and always developing more, these are available while in development for you to give your feedback on. 
Have taken the advanced tool which  gives us the flexibility we need for changing demand. 
We can open up schedules, give agents power to swap shifts, request holidays and view this all from their phone
Fixed shifts, flexible shifts, rotations, overtime options, meeting planner and new capacity planning
Forecasting with different levels - store one as operational, one as long term and have the Injixo forecast. Export or import too. 
Analysis - standard reports available and within analysis build dashboards
Integration - even with all their help having a challenge with live ACD integration but this is not down to Injixo but our phone provider. Manual integration solves this but would love live automatic feed. 
Intraday - adherence and performance tracked. If we had that live feed, forecasts would change depending on that days performance. Pushing our ACD provider!
Support - raise a ticket and sit back and its solved very quickly. Never had any issue left unresolved.

**What do you dislike about Peopleware?**

No on-the-day SL available within the software but sure this will come.
Had some issues with profiles not working as they should - supervisor basic and supervisor advanced.

**What problems is Peopleware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Moved from fixed excel based schedules with no view of front or back line staff. Injixo's clock-in tool for agents is solving that. 
Injixo is better matching staff to customer demand scheudling shift patterns where and when we need them. 
Forecasting was a time consuming task with 20 different accounts to manage. With the historic volume there, Injixo makes this a breeze!

**What do you like best about Peopleware?**

Its deployment is great if you have set up the component inputs to the platform. Once up and running, the processing speed is excellent, with almost instant updates that greatly assist in decision-making.

**What do you dislike about Peopleware?**

As a user in a number of environments, there are two elements that I didn't like; both linked. 1) the holiday year works from January to December, whereas an operational holiday planning year may not (for example, where a tax year is followed [April to March]).  Linked to the holiday issue is also how shifts are applied where a rotation / pattern is in place and a holiday is applied, particularly future booked dates. The day value can differ depending on the maximum number of days worked within any one week of a shift rotation / pattern.

Work is in progress around the holiday year - hopefully, though this has been a long time coming. The delivery, particularly around planning / holiday years, will prevent a great deal of confusion as well as additional work for managing the 'A/L pot'.

**What do you like best about Peopleware?**

So much to mention, but in particular, the ability to better manage resources across various workstreams.

Better visibility of our absence and holiday allows us to monitor each of these more closely and make more informed resourcing decisions.

We can now allow our agents to manage their leave by providing clear booking rules and opening holiday windows, giving them greater visibility of what is available.

The forecasting functionality at different levels helps improve longer-term projections.

Importing historical data is simple.

The level of help, support and guidance are second to none.

**What do you dislike about Peopleware?**

Manipulating screens using calendars can be a little troublesome.

Some screens (such as Shift Center) are challenging to read, and the views are outdated.

Matching agents to demand across all workstreams.

How easy it is to use and how I can make the most out of the information provided. It gives us a clear way to monitor and track agents/ record their upkeep. Being able to feed the information into our own reports is invaluable as well.

**What do you dislike about Peopleware?**

Latency issues. There's also small areas such as the comments being visible to the employees. Some of the frustrations come from not being able to use injixo fully/ not knowing how to.

One of the problems solved is how we're able to record what has happened to agents in the day and keep track of them.

workforce management solution functions  where we can create and manage complex rule structures fine-tailored to a country &  sector which any workforcemanager appreciates

better pricing would have been appreciated. and if something like commmunity or a forum is there our reliability on the customer care and time to close issues would be less for us

Staff planning. We have lowered administrative costs and improved profit/vertical now. Invision is highly appreciated by the employees as well as the clients who look upto us before giving a project

How versatile this is - from shift management on daily / weekly / monthly bases, reporting staff attendance and automatically forecasting the requirements on any given day based on the data which is automatically input from the calls handling platforms.

Some features require collaboration with other software which seems to be hit and miss - for instance the PDF reports are very temperamental.

Very versatile tool for managing workforce across different locations, teams, it allows to create skill sets to distinguish the staff competency levels and their input in overall productivity. It feeds stats to another program to enable efficient forecasting.

Staffing solutions for a contact centre which on a usual day has over 100 people working  various shifts.

The team of those who support you from Injixo were very friendly and always available to answer questions. 

**What do you dislike about Peopleware?**

Often, what I wanted the software to do, it wasn't capable of doing. 

**Recommendations to others considering Peopleware:**

For a company beginning it's WFM journey, Injixo would be a great software to look at. 

**What problems is Peopleware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workforce management. This was a system we used to begin focusing on WFM within the contact center that I had worked for. It did work for our basic needs, but we soon realized that if we paid for a more robust system, it would benefit us further.

I like the fact that you can view individual and team schedules 

**What do you dislike about Peopleware?**

It is very slow and takes a very long time to transition from 1 function to the next.

It is for scheduling so theat employees cabn view schedules and swap shifts

Not much but some of the reporting is good

Not very customizable and must use Internet explorer for the admin stuff

Scheduling, however can be very innacurate

**What do you like best about Peopleware?**

Injixo is VERY easy to use and does what it promises. It does all main points of scheduling including forecasting. My absolute favorite feature is the ability to restore shifts/changes to shifts in the History tab. You can also adjust to your own company's policies and not just labour laws

**What do you dislike about Peopleware?**

This question is not currently applicable to this review.

Two thumbs up.

Being able to provide a schedule three days in advance is fantastic.

I like being able to see my schedule and utilize the manager dashboard to see my agent's schedules.

It's super clunky and only works on internet explorer.

**What do you like best about Peopleware?**

It has limitless variables that allow you to prepare, analyze, and schedule a call center team. Plus it's scalable. We used it for our team of 5, team of 15, and see ourselves using it indefinitely. In short, Injixo is the call center work force manager. As such, better than Good Data, Insights, Shiftplanning, or anything else we used, it tells us how to schedule on both calls and emails and is as specific as we like, whether that's 15 min or 1 hour intervals.

**What do you dislike about Peopleware?**

Takes a little bit of time to setup and there is a steep learning curve, but they have a great support team to help out.

**Recommendations to others considering Peopleware:**

Get it! If you have a call center, Injixo will revolutionize your data, your scheduling, and your training.

**What problems is Peopleware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just like any call center, our busy times fluctuate and there's unending variables to consider, Injixo considers them and allows us to best schedule, prepare, and use our team.
