We used to manually enter all eFile expenses into our client management software which inevitably lead to missed charges, delayed charges, inaccurate charges, etc. This was bad for business, bad for clients, and frustrating in general. With InfoTracks integration with our client management software, those issues have gone away and accepted filings have been placed directly back in the clients electronic file. Couldn't be happier and we would highly recommend InfoTrack to anyone. We use InfoTrack dozens of times daily. **What do you dislike about InfoTrack?** There were some hurdles in the adoption period, but this was largely due to our team and taking time to learn a new program. Honestly InfoTrack has made it as seemless as they can, in my opinion, but we did have some staff who struggled with the switch for a month or two. However, customer service was routinely available and eventually we got everyone up to speed. **What problems is InfoTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?** InfoTrack has greatly improved the accuracy, timeliness and experience of eFiling and eFiling charges. ### 2. The ability to be integrated into our practice management software and automatically create disbursement billing is extremely helpful in such a time focused occupation.Customer service is fantastic. Any issues with the certificates are always rectified almost immediately. **What do you dislike about InfoTrack?** Due to the pre-filled nature of the Infotrack searches through out practice management software it can be hard to distinguish between various properties while ordering the certificates. **What problems is InfoTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?** Infotrack is extremely efficient in providing the searches and certificates which in turn allows us to create documents much quicker for clients. This has had a wonderful effect on our turnaround times for certain matters. ### 5.
