**What do you like best about InfoTrack?**

What I like best is how InfoTrack pulls our whole filing process into one place and works hand-in-hand with Clio. Before, getting a single matter filed and served meant bouncing between the court portal, a separate process server, and Clio, re-entering the same client and matter details and re-uploading the same documents over and over. Now I e-file straight from InfoTrack with the case details already pulled from Clio, add service in the same flow, and the stamped documents sync right back into the matter automatically. It's genuinely saved me a few hours a week, and our newer staff can pick it up without much hand-holding because the step-by-step flow just makes sense.

The part I didn't expect to appreciate so much is the peace of mind. Because everything ties back to Clio, I always have a clear record of exactly what was filed and served, when, and with the confirmations attached right in the matter, so when someone asks "did that go out?" I can answer in seconds instead of digging through three different systems. Between the time saved and fewer rejected filings, it's more than earned its place in how we work.

**What do you dislike about InfoTrack?**

My main area for improvement would be consistency across courts. Filings with the courts we use most often process smoothly, but less common jurisdictions occasionally have formatting requirements that aren't clearly flagged in advance. When a filing is rejected, the explanation isn't always specific enough to identify what needs correcting, which can lead to delays when working against a deadline. More detailed, plain-language rejection messages would be a meaningful improvement. Support has generally been helpful, though response times can be longer during peak filing periods.

**What problems is InfoTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

InfoTrack solves the problem of court filing being spread across too many disconnected systems. Before we adopted it, e-filing a single matter meant working between the court portal, a separate process server, and Clio, re-entering the same client and matter information at each step and re-uploading documents repeatedly. The process was slow and left room for errors, including rejected filings caused by formatting mistakes.

Now I e-file directly from InfoTrack with the case details already pulled from Clio, arrange service in the same workflow, and the stamped documents sync back into the correct matter automatically. This has saved me several hours each week and reduced the number of rejected filings, while giving us a reliable record of exactly what was filed and served, and when. That last point has been especially valuable, since I can confirm the status of any filing in seconds rather than searching through multiple systems.

**What do you like best about InfoTrack?**

I like the new InfoTrack upgrade within Smokeball. You can now select multiple documents, and it attaches them to the filing, identifies them, and gets it right the vast majority of the time. The filings are well organized, and I receive email notifications along with anyone else I choose to include on that filing, usually my paralegal. I also like the AI intelligence in how it recognizes what I’m trying to file, which makes the process feel more streamlined. Most of the fees are absorbed by the client, but it is pricey compared to some other e-filing services. I almost always use the e-service function, and overall it has been reliable for my needs. I’ve also used the personal service of process for out-of-state process, and it went smoothly.

**What do you dislike about InfoTrack?**

Sometimes it selects the wrong filing document type. Other times, it prompts me to choose documents even though I’ve already attached them from Smokeball, and I end up with duplicate documents that I then have to delete. I’d prefer it didn’t do this automatically and instead offered a simple button to add additional documents directly from the viewing/filing screen.

**What problems is InfoTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The recent upgrade is a huge improvement over the older version. It’s much easier now to see what you’re doing, and the bar on the right side of the screen with the green and red indicators is especially helpful.

**What do you like best about InfoTrack?**

The one-by-one layout of the fields to fill-in is great because if properly filled out you can be done with your filing in no time. Otherwise  you cannot proceed until properly filled-in.

**What do you dislike about InfoTrack?**

There has been a couple of instances where I am not notified about a filing - I keep waiting and waiting for an Accepted or Rejected email and I will find out only if I log on to take a look at the Docket. It happened to me when I recently filed a Stipulation for Trial Continuance and I wasted a whole 1 1/2 weeks or so waiting on that. We missed our opportunity to continue our trial.

**What problems is InfoTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unfortunately, both contacts I have for Infotrack, Matthew Davis is no longer there.  One day not too long ago, I left a message for Jerry Gregg and also sent and email requesting his help with a San Bernardino filing on the spot and never heard from him. I eventually figured out my filing.

**What do you like best about InfoTrack?**

It’s really helpful that we can use the AI function to autofill information. I can still do it manually, but having everything filled in automatically saves a lot of time, and I can just review it quickly to make sure everything looks right—which is almost 100% of the time. It’s also super helpful that I can track all of the orders I submit, so I don’t have to go into every profile, and I can filter specifically by the orders I’ve submitted.

**What do you dislike about InfoTrack?**

Sometimes it selects the wrong documents. For example, when I’m requesting service, it will select all documents for every defendant instead of selecting only the documents for the specific defendant I’m working on. It also sometimes has trouble when I try to select the court to file the Proof of Service after a defendant has been served. In those cases, I end up having to wait for the Proof of Service to be returned and then file it in a different order. It’s nothing out of this world, but it was better when I could do everything within the same order—from requesting service all the way through receiving the conformed copy from the court.

**What problems is InfoTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So far, as far as I know, I haven’t been notified about any issues—let alone whether they’re being solved. I also haven’t received any comments or updates about reported issues or their resolution.

**What do you like best about InfoTrack?**

It has simplified our workflow by bringing the filing, tracking, and service requests into one platform. I feel it intuitive, time saving, reduces errors, and the visibility on the status of every matter is clear. Rarely has the platform failed, and when it has the support team has been amazing at helping us sort through the issues. The new UI being AI powered has progressed into enabling us to just verify information from the case rather than typing in everything, . It populates key filing details, improving efficiency on the team.

**What do you dislike about InfoTrack?**

One area for improvement is the handling of automatically populated data. While the new AI-driven workflow saves significant time, it occasionally pulls incorrect information from our practice management system, which then carries over into the filing. Correcting or overriding that information can be challenging and may require additional steps, reducing some of the efficiency gains. Providing a more streamlined way to edit auto-populated fields and clearly flagging imported data for review would make the process even more reliable and user-friendly. Maybe the integration with CLIO could be looked into for a better filtering.

**What problems is InfoTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using InfoTrack, managing court filings involved more manual data entry, tracking, and coordination across different systems. InfoTrack has centralized those processes into a single platform, allowing us to prepare, submit, and track filings more efficiently. The integration with our practice management software and the new AI-powered data population features have significantly reduced the time spent entering case information and minimized the risk of clerical errors. As a result, our team can process filings faster, spend less time on administrative tasks, and focus more on substantive legal work while maintaining better visibility into filing statuses and deadlines.

The intuitive user interface, along with the software integrations, makes e-filing feel seamless and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about InfoTrack?**

Every filing transaction costing at least $9 seems a bit steep when we could file everything for free through the county's system... Our clients of course foot the bill for these costs, so i just hope no one ever thinks to inquire about all the $9 charges they may see on their bills.

**What problems is InfoTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Filing fees automating directly into our matter expenses tab has always been a huge help. The streamlined process service feature seems like it could be very beneficial, but we haven't gotten to trying it out yet.

Unlike some other applications/services we use, InfoTrack is always there and functioning correctly when i need it, and I always know there's a support team ready to assist if not.

**What do you like best about InfoTrack?**

InfoTrack is by far the best software I've used in my 25+ year career.  It makes everything so easy from signings to filings.  It saves hours of my time as a solo practitioner every week.  The best part is their customer service is quick and actually fixes every problem right away in the rare moments a problem occurs.

**What do you dislike about InfoTrack?**

There is not a thing to dislike that I can think of.

I use it for esigning all legal documents with my clients and all my efiling with courts all across CA. I used to dread these tasks because of the time it took, uploading documents, etc. Now, it's integrated in my case management software and with a few clicks, it's done.

The ease of flow, layout designed with the customer very much in mind. I appreciate the well-executed integration with Smokeball.  LOVE, love, love the process servers.  I don't use them every time but when I do, always exceptional experience.

**What do you dislike about InfoTrack?**

I continue to want more from the e-sign services offered. As the person inputting the information, I should be an automatic viewer of the document. That's just one example.  Would love to discuss this with someone.

InfoTrack has saved me minutes, which turn into hours, which turn into days & weeks, of administrative clicking and waiting.  Furthermore, it has streamlined & automated many tasks for our senior paralegal. Great collective platform with a great value.

**What do you like best about InfoTrack?**

Overall, InfoTrack is user friendly and streamlines the process for service and filing of pleadings.  Customer service is fantastic with very friendly and responsive representatives.

**What do you dislike about InfoTrack?**

The new update to the platform felt a little clunky initially until I used it a few times.  I'm confused by the requirement from Los Angeles County's requirement to upload a word document for joint stipulations with proposed orders when InfoTrack converts it to a pdf automatically, but it hasn't caused any issues so far with those type of filings with that court, so it's not a major issue, just seems weird.
Also, my case numbers aren't importing into the filing from Clio anymore, so I'm having to select the court and enter the case number to pull up the correct case. In the previous version, case info was coming up automatically.

**What problems is InfoTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I feel better knowing I'm filing directly with the court rather than using a service where you email your filing to someone else to file for you.

**What do you like best about InfoTrack?**

InfoTrack’s platform lets me submit filings and keep track of their status. The notifications are helpful for managing submissions, and they serve as a useful reminder if I submit something and then forget about it.

**What do you dislike about InfoTrack?**

InfoTrack has cancelled my filing submissions without informing me. I understand that the Court’s filing system can sometimes be faulty, but InfoTrack should still notify users when a submission is cancelled or when there are filing errors.

**What problems is InfoTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The integration between InfoTrack, Clio, and Imanage allows for a nearly seamless filing experience. Filings can come directly from Imanage and will automatically update with the conformed copy. The filing fees will then upload to Clio and associate directly with the Client matter.

**What do you like best about InfoTrack?**

I find InfoTrack really helpful because it makes filing so much easier and the AI does a great job identifying documents. It saves me a lot of time since everything is just in one portal. Its integration with Cleo streamlines my process as I can directly drop the documents into the portal. Plus, knowing that the documents are safely saved into our folders after filing gives me peace of mind. The initial setup was very easy, and the team is very friendly and helpful.

**What do you dislike about InfoTrack?**

The process when documents are filed and dropped into a folder could be improved. Our law firm would prefer if InfoTrack could save files into folders and name them with the year, month, date, and a description of the document. It would be awesome if that could be the name of the document.

**What problems is InfoTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use InfoTrack for filing, skip tracing, and serving lawsuits. It makes filing much easier, saving time by having everything in one portal. The AI does a great job identifying documents and integration with Cleo simplifies document management.

The new redesign makes uploading and submitting documents easier and the support team is always quick to answer & willing to work with me to find a solution. InfoTrack's pricing is reasonable for the quality of service provided.

The new interface is an overall improvement but still a bit buggy and prone to crashing, so it may take multiple attempts to successfully submit a document. This can be stressful when deadlines are involved, as with ex parte filings.

I enjoy the interface with Clio, as well as the stand-alone dashboard. The ability to file court documents, download filed pleadings, and handle service of process nationwide is an amazing time-saver. The Clio integration is an added benefit, especially for importing parties and documents.

**What do you dislike about InfoTrack?**

Nothing to date, and I’ve been a heavy user since 2023. Anytime I run into an issue with anything, InfoTrack support is quick to assist and resolve it.

The billing time and costs are clear, and the monthly billing process is easy. It saves me the hassle of tracking and filing receipts for audits, since the billing summary is quick and straightforward to review.

**What do you like best about InfoTrack?**

It is efficient, it's easy to use. 
It automatically populates case information, which is so helpful and saves significant amount of time during filling process (I'm a fast worker and like to not waste my time doing a task, so I appreciate that). 
Integration with Clio is fine, performance like I said is fast, it is great. 
As for pricing, I feel that the fee is slightly high, as I know that Clio offers similar services at a somewhat lower cost. 
It is easy to find help; I've needed help in the past and the assistants reach out pretty soon.

Honestly, I can't think of anything I dislike

Reducing the amount of manual data entry required for fillings. The auto-populate case info feature is excellent and saves me a significant amount of time

**What do you like best about InfoTrack?**

I think the integration with Clio is very convenient and love that I get the file-endorsed docs back into clio and the expenses automatically added.

Support is helpful and quick to respond and solve issues that arise.

The new AI feature that detects the document and parties for filing is helpful, but does not detect the correct entries often so you do have to be careful to review.  But it is a time saver overall and I like it.

**What do you dislike about InfoTrack?**

I don't like that it does not detect court preferences sometimes, like courtesy copies.  I recently submitted courtesy copies for a court that does not accept them and there was no note in infotrack notifiying that the court generally does not accept them.  This was for San Bernardino.

**What problems is InfoTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy efiling.

InfoTrack is intuitive, straightforward and allows me to file as quickly as possible. I've used many different filing systems before and InfoTrack is the easiest one to use. I can also serve courtesy copies using InfoTrack which saves me the time of drafting another email.

**What do you dislike about InfoTrack?**

Sometimes the site would slow down every now and then or take longer to locate the case, but this happens very infrequently.

**What problems is InfoTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can file directly with the court, which saves me the time of contacting and emailing another e-filing service. I also don’t have to rely on a middleman to handle my filings.

Things are really in once place, which streamlines everything.  I also like that customer service is very helpful!  The court filing is easy and reports back to our software (smokeball) automatically.  Service of process has been pretty useful too.  Integrates well with smokeball for both filing and process serving.

**What do you dislike about InfoTrack?**

Sometimes we have issues with process serving and alternate addresses, but usually get them fixed quick.

Streamlines our work performance.  Also the new AI on filing works great - The price is competitive and performance is top notch.

**What do you like best about InfoTrack?**

Very efficient when it comes to efiling and process serving. It organizes everything in a case by Case format and here at Our Firm we love it here. It makes our job a lot more easy and efficient and if we ever need to go back and see if something was filed, it’s all right there in one place I would recommend anyone to use the truck to better organize their filings and process serrving.

**What do you dislike about InfoTrack?**

OK, there is glitches but so far nothing that has held up my work or anything. They’re still working on improvements so I think it’s just going to get better in the future.

**What problems is InfoTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making it easy to e-file document I just literally clicking on the document and it automatically fills out the form for you. Obviously, I do double check it but it’s usually pretty accurate.

**What do you like best about InfoTrack?**

I like how it’s connected to the client’s matter folder, and how with one click we can start filing any documents. I also like the new feature where it recognizes the document and automatically fills out the form.

**What do you dislike about InfoTrack?**

The least helpful part of InfoTrack is when it doesn’t have the document type we need. There have been times when the court can’t view our documents, and we’re not sure why that happens.

**What problems is InfoTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have to open a separate page to file documents, but now with InfoTrack we can file directly from the matter folder and the fees are attached to the matter. Also, once documents are conformed, they’re saved back into the matter, which makes it much easier to keep everything together.

I like using it because once you upload the documents, InfoTrack captures necessary information such as Case Number, Parties, and other necessary information without manually putting it. The filing expenses were already added in Clio, no need to add it manually.

Sometimes it takes time to load and start when using in Clio.

In terms of time efficiency, it is faster and hassle-free to file in InfoTrack than on the county court filing website.

**What do you like best about InfoTrack?**

I like that InfoTrack has an AI system that identifies my documents and gets the general information of attorneys and parties, helping to complete tasks I usually did manually, which makes filing things easier. I also appreciate the updates on service—they send weekly updates, or whenever there's a service attempt, so I can get that information quickly. Additionally, I like that it's integrated with Filevine, as both systems communicate effectively, making things easier.

**What do you dislike about InfoTrack?**

I feel like sometimes it doesn't identify the document very well, especially with documents that have special fees. I've gotten some issues where it was found under the incorrect drop-down, or the fee was not included. For some reason, for some counties, it includes the fee, and for others, it doesn't include the fee. Sometimes the document is not that accurate in identifying with a drop-down for the court, and some courts require you to manually add the fee.

**What problems is InfoTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

InfoTrack helps me save time by automating document identification and filing. It integrates with Filevine, making systems communicate seamlessly. Although it sometimes misses details, it streamlines data entry for plaintiffs and defendants, reducing manual work.

Full service offerings. Not just E-Filing, but process serving and deed preparation. Easy to use user interface, including pre-filling of forms which saves a lot of time. The LEAP matter integration is very helpful and makes the slightly higher cost worthwhile.

Slightly higher cost compared to competitors but it's a superior product and experience.

InfoTrack's FileVine integrations save me time on court filings, service of process, and costs.

At this time, I cannot think of anything bad about using InfoTrack.

The AI integration with filing removes time from manually entering in the data by pulling from the case and the document, the cost is automatically entered into the case along with the conformed filings, and the portal is easy to use to communicate with the process servers using ServeIT.

The most helpful part of InfoTrack is the prefilled fields based on the type of filing you’re making. It has cut my filing time in half.

Not much in the way of downside.  If I had to answer, when filing a probate matter, the name of the matter defaults to an organization instead of individual.

I struggled when entering filings directly to the counties, and InfoTrack simplifies these filings, especially across them multiple counties used.

So far, there’s nothing I dislike about how InfoTrack works. However, when it comes to service of process providers, even though there’s a large selection to choose from, the quality varies significantly from vendor to vendor.

I appreciate InfoTrack previewing the documents and autofilling fields, while still allowing me to make corrections as needed. It works well with our LEAP legal software. I have not had any issues with our local jurisdictions denying our filings because of something InfoTrack has completed.

**What do you dislike about InfoTrack?**

I wish InfoTrack would allow me to turn off AI autofill for specific case where I would prefer to fill in the information by hand.

**What problems is InfoTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before InfoTrack, we would need to have a separate login for our local E-file system, download documents from our software to our system and then reupload them to the efile, now we can stay in software and just select the documents we need.

I love that you can upload your entire filing and Info Track will automatically pick the correct document categories, making the filing process very easy and streamlined

In the beginning I had issues with my proposed orders, it would automatically convert it to a PDF , and then I would have to reupload a word version.  But  I think that has been fixed.  I cant think of anything I dislike.

Info Track has made court filings so much easier and quicker. I can serve my documents and send courtesy copies to judges at the same time, which makes the entire e-filing process much faster and more efficient.

I like that with InfoTrack, I can upload a form to be filed, and it automatically prefills my filing forms. The ability to extract data directly from a form is really helpful.

**What do you dislike about InfoTrack?**

There's one field that's always 'Not Applicable' in everything we do. It's the only option on the dropdown and it's already auto-filled, but I always get an error asking me to 'select' for that field and have to click the field and reselect it. Also, setup was easy, but getting used to it wasn't as easy.

I like that I can upload a form and InfoTrack automatically prefills my filing forms, which is a useful feature.

If any issues come up, the support team is quick to respond and stays on top of it. It’s also incredibly affordable and organizes it's fees and costs so that your billing stays current and organized.

So far, I haven’t had any complaints about InfoTrack.

What I like best about InfoTrack is how easy and intuitive it is to use. The document upload process is seamless, and I especially appreciate that it automatically recognizes and assigns the correct document file type once uploaded, which saves time and helps streamline the filing process.

One area for improvement is that the automated document file type selection is not always 100% accurate. The differences are usually minor, but it still requires paying close attention and verifying the file type before submitting to ensure everything is correct.

Its simplicity is also a big plus for me, and I appreciate the overall product. Switching from Pronto Process to InfoTrack was a positive move for us due to the much better service. The initial setup was super easy.

I just find the messaging function for communicating with process servers lacking, and I wish there was the ability to continue uploading documents after orders have been made. - could just be me not truly understanding how to properly do it and there are other ways to communicate with the team incharge of my cases.

sometimes it glitches and wants me to select the matter again although I already selected it. Regular check of tech related software updates and systems to try and prevent the lack of reading for case matters

InfoTrack makes it very easy to file and download your filings directly into your digital file for each court matter. The process service feature also comes in handy if you need to process serve filings.

**What do you dislike about InfoTrack?**

The costs associated with InfoTrack have been increasing. When I started at my current firm the cost associated with InfoTrack's services were $5.25. Now,  InfoTrack charges $8.25 per filing. This can add up to be expensive for clients.

**What problems is InfoTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

InfoTrack eliminates the possibility of forgetting to download your court stamped filings, or forgetting to provide a courtesy copy to opposing counsel.

Retrieving the case to file into takes a few extra seconds than with e-filing directly but all in all it's worth it.

I appreciate that info track fills in most of the needed information. It is so easy to file with Infotrack. The ability to review the uploaded document and flag is something is missing is very helpful. I like that the review and accepted or rejection of the document is sent promptly.

It is a bit slower in getting a response as to accepted documents compared to Tyler Host.

Getting the filing filed with all pertinent information. Calculating fees is sometimes challenging.
