
InfoTrack has been a huge change for a our firm. We used to manually enter all eFile expenses into our client management software which inevitably lead to missed charges, delayed charges, inaccurate charges, etc. This was bad for business, bad for clients, and frustrating in general. With InfoTracks integration with our client management software, those issues have gone away and accepted filings have been placed directly back in the clients electronic file. Couldn't be happier and we would highly recommend InfoTrack to anyone. We use InfoTrack dozens of times daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There were some hurdles in the adoption period, but this was largely due to our team and taking time to learn a new program. Honestly InfoTrack has made it as seemless as they can, in my opinion, but we did have some staff who struggled with the switch for a month or two.
