**What do you like best about Infor MES?**

The website looks great and is easy to navigate. The datacentre is in the cloud, which provides extra security. The connectivity tools seem very helpful in transforming your data.

**What do you dislike about Infor MES?**

There is not much to dislike in this product. It does the job it needs and can improve factory operations. Include more user help guides within site. This will help with navigating certain menus.

**What problems is Infor MES solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better factory operations. Ease of access for products and information than before. We are more streamlined and productive.
