I guess the way it opened and did not work correctly. **What do you dislike about Infor Expense Management?** The UI, is atrocious. It’s actually as bad if not worse than SAP Concur. Devs need to take into account how hard it is to train people in this mess of a software. I write Training guides and SOPs on all software available. This in particular is not a very user friendly software and it is too slow to implement appropriately. **Recommendations to others considering Infor Expense Management:** Don’t. There are better choices out there. **What problems is Infor Expense Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Finding a good expense management software to prevent reporting issues and to better serve our employees and customers. You don’t really need any training, you can just get started and manage your relationships slickly. You can also access the data virtually anywhere which makes it CloudSuite Expense Management even more convenient **What do you dislike about Infor Expense Management?** The fact that you need to link everything together is quite time-consuming, whether it is the marketing tools, CRMx the cloud, etc. This can be annoying especially when setting APIs but eventually once it’s done it’ll save you time. **What problems is Infor Expense Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Client and expense management; we are able to centralize and track everything together for the beginning all the way to the end-close stage! ### 9. So, I'll say the intuitive user interface is the best. **What do you dislike about Infor Expense Management?** Any organization's implementation will probably be different, based on different needs and internal rules/processes. Infor can't fix those - it can only do what it can to make things that are under its control easier. So this isn't really a criticism of Infor - more a case of me pointing out that a custom-built solution with all the intuitiveness of Infor designed specifically to solve UX challenges resulting from your organization's own red tape would be even better. In theory. **Recommendations to others considering Infor Expense Management:** I can only compare this to other tools I've used, but I have not used a better expense management tool. It's worth a look. **What problems is Infor Expense Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time savings! What used to take 30 minutes now takes less than 15 minutes. Time I can spend on non-overheads like expenses management. ### 10.
