**What do you like best about Industry Software ERP?**

Greaat user experience. Everything is easy to understand. In just a couple of clicks, we've been able to save what used to take hours of manual entry work. Now we are not wasting time with data entry, and are able to focus on getting orders out to our customers.

**What do you dislike about Industry Software ERP?**

Not much to dislike. I'd asked them to provide me full control of who I can allow login to our company account and they just turned on a switch and I had complete access from there. Great customer service.

**What problems is Industry Software ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of inventory used to be a ongoing process of manual entry. Now we are utilizing barcode scanning with the Software. We are even discussing going to RFID for more accurate tracking and traceability.
